There was not an area that I saw on the uber eats to request spice on the side which may have helped with the fact that this dish was so sweet I could not eat it all, I prefer a more savory pad thai as opposed to candy sugar pad thai, there was a decent amount of beef, peanuts and carrots. Note that the noodles are different than normal noodles, not sure if they are rice noodles or not but if you are avoiding wheat you may want to ask. I would try them again. read more

I was absolutely shocked. Looking now, a day after we came here, I see reviewed from nearly a year ago reporting what we experienced. The owners children are running around and screaming through the restaurant. I've never done this before but I asked for a discount on the food. On principal, I felt robbed of an experience. I asked for 25% off. The food was good, but the service was lacking because they're understaffed. I'll be patient with folks when this is the issue, I don't know the circumstances and I don't want to judge. But the freaking kids were running around and yelling during our meal. The owner argued with us and kept asking "what can I do?" but not actually offering anything but a 10% off. She finally just started yelling "ok kids outside! Customer don't want you in here" and literally shewed her kids out into the back yard. We paid with the 10% off and tipped our poor server who looked appalled from the moment we arrived, and left. I hope she let her kids back inside, it was raining. If you patronize this restaurant, take your food home. If you want your ambiance to be that of eating at a neighbors house rather than a functioning restaurant, this is the place for you. It truly was good food. Food = delicious, no two ways about it. Portions were amazing and probably to much for lunch a little slow on serving time but the following info suggests why. Service = kind, close by so we could grab anyone as needed though it wasn't a huge staffed place to coming in the wait staff were tending to dishes that needed serving and we had to wait to be seated a while. Ambiance = yikes, this one is tough to write but its clearly a family run place. There was a very young child running everywhere unmanaged and baby shark on replay at the front(very loud), our booth was to the right as you come in the door. It was awful, he had a bike riding through the restaurant barefoot eating a tortilla he was holding that fell on the floor and that music just sealed it. I just am not sure that its the best situation for a busy place. Cost = it was pricey but it wouldn't have felt so with the right atmosphere. This just didn't justify it today. We had Pad Thai, Red Curry, Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon, Tea, 2 beers and it was over 72 bucks. Not sure I would go back unless someones nap time was secured. read more

I've been coming here for a few years - mainly takeout. I usually order the chicken Pad Thai as my go to meal because we are hooked on it! My husband likes the Thai hot and I like no heat. I always order the chicken noodle soup too! When I'm feeling under the weather I always send my husband here to get the soup for me. I love the flavor! I always have left overs too! My friend that comes here loves the Tom Yum. One day I will try the Tom Yum and the rice soup - they both sounds like it would have some healing power-especially during the Pandemic and flu season! If you want to feel like you are eating in a third world country, this is the place for you. Our waitress didn't even know what "fried shrimp was". Actually the waitress was completely clueless and couldn't even identify that one of the pictures on the menu was of crab Rangoons. Appetizer came after we were almost done eating. Actually that's kind of a lie because neither one of us could really eat what we ordered because it was so bland. I got the broccoli with beef and the sauce could've passed for a muddy water. Taste too (barf). The broccoli was hard and tasteless as well. Just overall gross. They didn't ruin the white rice because it was, well, plain white rice. Ordered Dr. Pepper and was brought a can. When my date was placing his order, a very unkept child came and stood right next to the weird waitress slurping her drink and pawing all over the edge of the table. I think she was chewing on some plastic thing but I honestly didn't want to make too much eye contact because the kid was so obnoxious and the whole experience was just weird. When I think it couldn't get any worse, some boy (also looking very unkept) started riding his bike through the restaurant in circles. I came here today to eat lunch. At first I thought it might not be good because there were only two cars in the parking lot. However, I was hungry and little time before my lunch hour is over. I ordered the Pad Thai special. It came out quickly and to my surprise, the food was piping hot! After taking a quick pix, I took a bite and it was delicious!! It wasn't too sweet like some other Pad Thai that I've eaten. The best part was the service. I was seated right away and Crystal, my waitress, gave my food with a pretty smile. I order here for dinner at least weekly and spend about $70 on average But tonight, my order was delivered, and the drunken noodles were of good quality but tasted bland and not tasty as normal. I called the restaurant to explain to the manager what happened and she told me to bring the food back for a replacement. I told her that I'm working and that I couldn't bring the meal back to them for correction. I also told her that I ordered this food via Postmates, so why would I quit working to bring her back a meal that was delivered to me in the first place. We've been ordering food from this place for years because I love the food and service. Unfortunately over the past year and a half the food's quality/taste has drastically declined. We ordered our normal stables beef pad Thai and shrimp fried rice and massaman curry with shrimp. The shrimp fried rice and massaman curry had a large amount of vegetables not mentioned online or on the menu, broccoli, cabbage, corn, bell peppers, water chestnuts, which makes the food taste unpleasant. Pot stickers was delicious! Food was prepared within 15 minutes and super hot! The "medium" level spice isn't super spicy, I'm thankful we didn't get mild. The pepper steak looked a little odd in all the liquid but I didn't eat it so I don't know if it was any good or not. The staff was super friendly. I guess my biggest complaint would be the price. I am Thai and have tried many Thai restaurants and was told with the noodle soup they don't have a pepper vinegar that comes with the spice rack. I didn't like the fact that they use spaghetti noodles for the pad Thai instead of the flat linguine noodle. I got an orange curry that had potatoes, shrimp, onions and some other items in there. Overall I think both of the dishes were pretty good. We also ordered some Thai chicken wings, and they put the Asian sauce on the side. I would've rather them put the chicken wings in the sauce. Obviously the other people who have left reviews have never had authentic Thai cuisine. This is the best (and only authentic) thai restaurant I've found since I've lived in several locations is Northern Fl the last five years. The owner is directly from Thailand and knows his recipes well. It's priced very affordable and the restaurant is quaint and very cute inside. I've eaten several things on the menu and loved everything. My four year daughter and I eat here several times a week and are always welcomed and greeted warmly. The owner's wife runs this location and is extremely nice. This restaurant is very highly recommended and a must visit for anyone living in the area who is picky about their Thai and wants the real authentic thing. read more

Best Thai in Crestview!!! We have been eating at Lao Thai and we still love it but The Siam Cusine just rose above it!! The inside of the restaurant smelled like moth balls but I'm not going to complain when the food is so amazing. We ordered there to go and had our food in under 10 minutes. I believe they are under new management. We ordered the Thai beef salad (mild), wontons, chicken pad Thai, shrimp pad Thai, tom yum soup, tom khan soup (I think that's the name) and Thai tea. Everything was delicious! The salad was just extremely fresh. The meat was tender. The soups were delicious. Tom yum soup can be ordered mild, hot or just medium. Pad Thai was really good. We come here often. The only thing I don't recommend is ordering pad Thai to go, because once you make it home can get a bit cold and not taste fresh as to when you eat it at the restaurant.
