Best Thai in Crestview!!! We have been eating at Lao Thai and we still love it but The Siam Cusine just rose above it!! The inside of the restaurant smelled like moth balls but I'm not going to complain when the food is so amazing. We ordered there to go and had our food in under 10 minutes. My husband got the red curry with shrimp (he loves it) and I got the pad Thai. We will be returning for sure. read more

It's ok. The Siracha on the plate has to go. We would go there on a week night when we don't want to cook. The new management raised the prices, 12.99 for shrimp fried rice !! So not a cheap meal anymore. Probably not going back. read more

Service was not as expected. Unfortunately even though the meal came out incorrectly this server did nothing to correct the order but simply ignored it and carried on. Hopefully they can improve their service because I don't see my husband going back there again this was the second chance as we have had bad service in the past and I don't see us doing a third time. read more

Ordered red curry with chicken no bell peppers add cabage...got home there was no chicken in my curry, it was loaded with bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, celery. They forgot the veggie rolls and soup ( comes with lunch special). I called and told them my order was completely wrong and loaded with bell peppers (allergic to em). And I can't eat it. Told me to come by and they replace. Next day call and reorder..the owner brought out to me just the curry, no rice told me to buy the rice. I eat here at least twice a week. I told her if I had to buy the rice she was going to loose a good customer. The owner told me she had plenty of customer's ( place was empty) it was after 12 and her husband told me they hadn't had not one customer that day! No wonder you can't treat your customers like that and expect returning customers. I won't go back...and they should know word of mouth is the best advertisement you can have! read more

I ordered medium heat chicken pad Thai through Postmates for lunch today because I had been craving pad Thai for a while now. There was little to no spice in it at all, which of course was disappointing. The noodles were decently saucy but really lacked most flavor. I'll probably order again though read more

First time going, quaint, quiet, and absolutely delicious!! Don't pass up this gem!! Delicious Thai food!!

I wish I would have known this place was so good sooner. Panang curry is just as delicious as it was in Houston. Definitely going to try again soon!! read more

This is my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a large Tom Yum Gai soup to go for $9.99. I have never had it made the way it was prepared here. It had no lemongrass, no galangal, no kaffir lime leaves or lime at all, and I did not taste any fish sauce either. It did have green peppers which I have never had in tom yum soup. Basically it was chilis, tomatoes, chicken, cilantro, mushrooms, chopped green onion stalk, and green peppers. The broth was very watery and had almost no flavor. The absence of lemongrass, galangal, lime and fish sauce made it taste nothing like traditional tom yum soup. I was very disappointed. My suggestion would be to make it with lemongrass, galangal, lime, and fish sauce like it is supposed to be. And take out the green peppers. read more

See all

How in the world do they stay open! Wife and I visited the restaurant last week. The prices are ridiculous not to mention the small portions. Service was ok, and food good, we actually stopped at subway on the way home to get full. read more

Our newest favorite Thai restaurant! Née is great and always efficient courteous and kind. My hubby and I have made this spot one of our constant go toos. The green shrimp curry is amazing! I can't wait to go back next week. We have never been disappointed. Need to go if you've not been here. Thank you Nee and Family. Todd and Amy read more

We are Thai lovers, and we order takeout from here almost weekly. Thai Siam is pretty much the only Thai option in Crestview but it's excellent. Favorite dish is the Panang curry. It's to die for. Not much ambiance on the inside, but this review is just about the food. We always order to go anyway. Highly recommend! read more

It came down to the food... It was very slow (only two tables occupied) at 2pm. The hostess turned out to be the waitress. She didn't introduce herself and wasn't very friendly at first. She sat us and disappeared (didn't say anyone was coming or that she would be back). Finally came back and took our drink order (didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer) and just walked away. She came back about 5 min later with drinks and took our order. Again, just walked away. As we waited I said to my wife "if the food isn't good I'll never be back". Lucky for them...they have really good food. Our food was delicious and we decided that maybe it was just an off day for the waitress. We will be back!!...hopefully the hostess/waitress will be a little more friendly next time. read more

Now 4 stars! Thai Siam is listening to its customers and are upping their game. It's gotten better, that's for sure. You want spice? Request it, because now they're listening! Best wonton soup I've had. Not feeling the fried spring rolls, though. They are always oily. read more

Everytime I come to this place the service is amazing. Today I tried the Thai Tea and it was the best thing that hit my lips all day. I will be coming back again for a large size next time. Please try the Thai Dumpling as an appetizer when you come here. read more

I would have loved to given them a 4 but, I just can't. It seems like they have two different cooks and one of them hits the nail right on the head for me.... While the other leaves me frustrated.... Their pad thai is usually good and spicy like it is supposed to be and other times it will be plain and mellow.... The inconsistency makes it hard to keep coming back.... But I do since this is the best Thai food in Crestview read more

Had a 6-person group ordered, basil chicken, yellow/panang/red curry, and something I can't remember the name of. Everyone loved what they ordered. Portions were appropriate and spiciness was right on. Only complaint from the group was the Thai tea wasn't sweet enough. Def would recommend this place!! read more

It really is nice to have a Thai restaurant in Crestview. I agree that there are some things Thai Siam can work on, but I enjoyed the food. We did not experience the slow service because we took our food to go, but we could see that they don't have a lot of staff yet. The ladies were friendly. I thought my Pad Thai was very good. I ordered Thai medium. It could have been a little hotter, but they were nice enough to give me a small container of crushed red peppers so it worked out fine. The Pad Thai wasn't too sweet which I liked, and the portion size was good. My boyfriend ordered the Red Curry, Thai medium. His curry wasn't spicy, and the portion size was smaller than I would've expected for a dinner portion. It came in a pint sized cup. I've been to restaurants where the portion was almost twice the size. He like the flavor of the curry though. I wonder if the cook is being conservative because he/she thinks people in Crestview aren't used to hot foods. Anyway, my boyfriend and I will go back, and hopefully the owner/staff will work out all the kinks soon. read more

My husband loves Thai food, so he was anxious to try out the new place. There are always alot of cars out front so that's a good sign. We were greeted and sat down right away, and the server asked if we had any questions about the menu. Our food came out sizzling hot but not as hot-spicy as expected, but was very good. We asked for extra peppers and the server brought out the usual little 3-bowl condiment dish with hot peppers, which was fine. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the food and will definitely go there again. I'm sure they'll improve with time. read more

I just moved close to this restaurant and after driving past a few times decided to go with the hubby. I LOVE Thai food. I probably eat it 1-2 times a week. While the freshness of the ingredients was great, the dinner itself just wasn't. I ordered a Thai beef salad and tom Kai gai soup. The salad dressing was too sweet and not salty and savory like its supposed to be. It was almost like a syrup which turned me off of the meal. The tom Kai gai was better, but didn't have ginger or mushrooms which is weird because everywhere else I had it at always includes those two ingredients. Also the lemon grass was cut so small that you were unaware you had it in the spoon until you bit down on it and than had to spit it out. I prefer for it to be in large enough pieces you can visibly see to remove. All in all its a cute establishment but there are much better Thai places around. read more

This place has amazing Pad Thai and Thai Curry. The servers are always polite and the food enduces cravings. I don't know what I would do if they went out of business... other than go crazy! read more

The best pad thai in this area and the best sweet and sour chicken as well. The chicken isn't breaded or fried and everything tastes so fresh! I also loved the yellow curry. Service was so fast and helpful in deciding what I wanted to order. One of my favorite restaurants in Crestview by far! read more

They know spicy! Love their food and atmosphere! Red curry and pad Thai both incredible! Will be back!

I love the crispy fried duck and the bubble tea. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the slow service.

Ordered Beef Thai salad, Drunken Noodle and green curry. Order came within ten minutes but about two minutes apart which was different... But hot. Not a real critic but we will be back. Beef Thai salad was short on lettuce and seemed like a fish sauce was added and no cilantro. Other two plates were great! Check it out for yourself. read more

We're a military family and I was visiting a brother stationed in the area. We stopped at this local Thai joint for a quick lunch; what a great decision! I'm a fan of Thai food and have had the fortune to visit the country. This small establishment in Crestview was such a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, prices fantastic and service so friendly. The green curry is superb, the uniquely seasoned chicken fried rice rather authentic and other sides just wonderful. Be sure to ask for the season tray. I'm accustomed to having this available on the table. It's small, not too fancy and one wouldn't expect much, but the Thai Siam packs a great meal at affordable prices. Highly recommended and I would definitely visit again if in the area. read more

WAY too expensive, quantity & quality of food not up to par with price. I would prefer to travel 18 miles to a Niceville Thai restaurant.

Spent 73.$ on take out a few months ago. The peanut chicken with cucumber sauce was ok it was over cooked and tasted lie jerky. The rest was either just gross or blah and bland. Maybe instead of having 3 different curry sauces. they could master one sauce. I have tasted a lot of Thai food and I just can't make myself go back for a second chance. read more

I'm bumping this review up to a 4 because the staff has been so friendly each time that I have visited. I've come in twice during lunch, and order the meat and veggie dish for my three year old who practically devours the entire plate. Each time the staff have chatted up my family, changed the TV to entertain the children, and have even held my 8 month old so we could take the oldest for a bathroom break. The place is clean. It's divided so you can sit and chat in a more formal room without a TV, or zone out on the other side with the TV and a thai iced tea after a hot morning of playing at the park. read more

We tried this since it was a new restaurant in Crestview (which is rare) and absolutely loved it. We've been back many times but mostly at lunch. They don't have a children's menu so we have only gone at night once - when the kids weren't with us. They will allow kids to share a plate but the issue I have is my youngest son won't eat anything served on the menu. I'd love to see a children's menu added! I absolutely LOVE this place, the Teriyaki Chicken is some of the best I've ever had. In fact, I found this site while looking for their phone number so I can do a to go order for lunch! We've always received our food fast, fresh,a lot for the money and the service has always been excellent. read more

We've eaten here about 5 times since moving back to the area in March and I've enjoyed every meal. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that there is no quality control over the spice, I've ordered medium and had no spice at all, but sometimes medium is very spicy and the same with hot...but the food is awesome and service is good. read more

The service was very slow. One lady trying to do everything, wait tables, greet customers, cash out customers, answer phone...etc. Took more than 20 minutes to get our tea and water. I ordered Pra Ram and my husband ordered the sizzling beef. We both ordered medium spicy. There was NO spice to the food at all. The beef was not "sizzling" as the menu stated. The pra ram was basically a peanut dressing salad with chicken only it was hot instead of cold. I had looked forward to a Thai restaurant in Crestview for so long. It was extremely disappointing! I hope they get their act together soon...it will be a while if I ever do go back. read more

We had the papaya salad, pad see yew, green curry, basil fried rice with chicken. It was all very good! I would recommend this place. Nice and clean inside. We went on a Saturday afternoon sadly we were the only ones there. read more

Went here with two of my friends. We all three got the pad Thai with chicken. The chicken was foul. It tasted old and bad. I took one bite and spit it out. The tofu was not tasty either. Worst tofu I have ever had. The service was horrible. Never came back to refill, or even to give us our check! We had to go hunt down the server to pay! I won't be returning. read more

This is the only Thai restaurant in Crestview; but it does diminish the fact that this place is delicious. The location is slightly irritating to get to when Crestview traffic at 85 and 90 is heavy, but it is definately worth the irritation. Great food! read more

Had the Pad Thai twice it was so good (thai hot). If there is anything wrong with your food just tell the owner and she gladly fixes it for you. The service was a little slow because there were only 2 people working at the time. Im sure it will get better after a while. Its great having a good Thai food in Crestview. This place is compariable to the Thai House in FWB read more

The start was rocky. The parking area is poorly lit I had a difficult time parking at night. Once inside it got better. We were met by a first night on the job server! She did not know the beverages and left us to look at menu to decide on drinks. No alcohol. Bummer, however great hot teas that are not listed on menu... On to the Apps.. Use real crab not imitation it tastes better in the little baskets. The wings were good would have been better w/ tips trimmed. entrees were excellent!! To full for anything else except an after dinner cocktail... So get real food and trim the ends train train train .. read more

The food was really good BUT the servings seemed small to me. $14 pineapple fried rice covered about half of a normal dinner plate. Seems a little small for the price, especially for a RICE dish. read more

This place has the best and authentic Thai food. The staff is very courteous. Cute and quaint decor. Food in appropriate time. Glad this is in Crestview! read more

My family and I have been to this restaurant a few times since it has opened and we enjoyed it each time. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is always good. The food is great. The drunken noodle is amazing and they have the best curry I've ever had. The food comes out quickly and and is hot and fresh. I would refer everyone to give this restaurant a try. read more

This food is wonderful. It's a little sweet for my taste, but I just ask for extra fish sauce and it is perfect. Their beef noddle soup is wonderful. Even my three children ate the soup. Every cook makes their dishes different, so it is not going to be the same you get at any other Thai restaurant. The food was wonderful, we will be return customers for a long time! read more
