One of the few places in town that makes Larb right with a nice serving size. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty. They are spot on with the seasoning. While they aren't the easiest to access, they are worth the minor inconvenience. Wish they would open a restaurant with indoor seating, but am thankful they provide great food where they are at. read more

They make their food FRESH TO ORDER & with that being said, the wait can be over 20min depending on how much you order & how busy they are. You could easily be standing in line without any recognition for about 10min. They are very nice but I just don't like how they make you wait so long without any recognition before taking your order. We ordered: garlic chicken, pork kabobs, pad thai & chicken fried rice. I still vouch for their food regardless of wait time, I've just learned to CALL AHEAD. All of their food we have tried is flavorful & savory, the only thing about the kabobs I did not like is that they were just a little dry. I was in town visiting my parents and had a craving for some Thai food and much to my surprise, saw this food truck in Crestview. I ordered the Pad Thai - Chicken, Larb - Chicken, and Egg Rolls. Here are my thoughts on each: 1. Pad Thai - This dish had a unique flavor profile, mostly balanced between savory and sweet and slightly different than other variations of Pad Thai I've had in Thailand and the US. The chicken was cooked well and the dish came together in your mouth, although it wasn't the "Pad Thai" taste I was expecting. For the price point and what it was, it was good. But, if you're a Pad Thai enthusiast, maybe try something else off the menu. 2. Larb - This is probably my favorite Thai dish and I have to say that this tasted great. This reminds me of Larb cooked in the Isan region of Thailand and the flavors were spot on. I recommend this dish for a healthy substitute to a stir fry. 3. Egg Rolls - These were pretty okay. I don't have anything overly positive or negative to say about these, although the sauce tasted really fishy. I'm pretty sure there was fish sauce in it and it really overpowered the egg rolls. Overall, the establishment area is pretty nice for the surrounding area. If you're from out of town, they don't require a mask here (or in this area really from what I've seen). I will say that the lady who works the register wasn't really friendly. I stood there and she ignored me for at least a minute and never made eye contact the entire time. So, if she's reading this or her manager is, she really should take some customer service training classes. I was considering giving this review a lower rating because of it, but I'm not the only one who thinks this based off the reviews here. The food wasn't as memorable as her attitude and that says something. If you're in town, give this place a shot and hopefully you receive better service than me. read more

Very disappointed with the pad Thai. Too many noodles, not enough meat and no fresh cabbage or lime served with it. I also didn't get any peanuts. Will not order it again. I added the lettuce. And the picture doesn't lie. You can see yourself the noodles are dry, there's barely any meat, as a matter of fact the meat was very dry. Maybe it was just a bad day. Very offputting the last couple of times I've been. I even got some of their pork kebabs and got home to discover that they were pretty well burned. *** I'm very pleasantly surprised! I finally got to this food truck before they closed for the day. I ordered Larb and the Stuffed Chicken Wings and both were excellent. Ordered Chicken pad Thai and for $7.99 the serving was HUGE!! Rating for value, 6 stars. Picked this up, drive 10+minutes home and food was still super hot! The small fork they give you wasn't working for me, too flimsy to handle a mountain of food such as this. The fresh garnish was a nice touch, but the chive or onion (whatever you want to call it) was slightly overwhelming. Had it been sliced smaller, I would have enjoyed it a little more. BBQ chicken tasted good but was burnt and most of the pieces super tiny - for the $11 pieces I could've literally cooked several lbs. I expect at least medium sized pieces that aren't covered in coal from burning. Pad Thai was meh; ordered extra veggies instead of chicken - got no chicken and no veggies on it... Fried rice was completely tasteless. Never in my life have I had fried rice this bland. To top it all off, this food gave me a racing heart. I was going to get the spicey tai rice with chicken but I wanted to try something different. I read the reviews about how the noodles were dry and etc. I also read the owners response. LMFAO! Dude is real! I didn't know that you had to request certain items like lime to be eaten with certain dishes. For someone like me who wanted to try something new, why didn't he just offer it in the beginning when a person is ordering? If I didn't read the review, I wouldn't have known this. I watched her get rude to the customer in front of me, all because the customer asked what the Thai taste like?! Then she messed up my order giving me fried rice instead of pad Thai and then got rude with me saying she wrote down fried rice.
