$37 for two bowls, straight sugar and not to order specifications.

I'd rate them lower but I feel bad cuz I was really excited to have an açaí spot nearby finally... I can't say I'll be going there much unfortunately. I absolutely hated this sugar bomb; it was overpriced, incorrect, and a straight up sugar bomb. Paid extra for almond butter, we both got peanut butter, paid for banana, didn't have any... This bowl is so shallow that when you put your spoon down to the bottom, you can't even get a spoonful of açaí... like, wtf? I actually can't believe how much I hated it. If you know me, I will suffer through it just so I'm not wasting money, but I had a few bites and threw this in the trash. Two bowls cost me nearly $40! And neither was correct nor satisfying to us. Stinks. I'll give them one more shot, but I'm honestly severely disappointed. Sorry to be the first to review, but I'm giving an extra star out of guilt.

First time here and I got an açaí bowl with banana, vegan protein, granola, coconut, banana, and almond butter. Pretty yummy, but it is a splurge. Came out to $16.82.

could not agree more with a previous reviewer about how the packaging of the açaí bowl was shallow. i was craaaving more açaí versus the heap of toppings they placed on my bowl. it was also a lot of cheap filler granola and coconut and less of the fruit and açaí parts!! i also got the toast and i thought that was packaged pretty well. the container had a tiny hole on top to let the steam out so the toast stays toasty and crunchy. it was beautifully arranged which is kind of what you expect if ur paying $9 for a slice of toast haha i wouldn't recommend eating here as the feng shuj here is just not it. it's more of a grab and go place. the service is okay. they could be more responsive

Very excited this opened up in the neighborhood. We have tried a couple of the smoothies, coffee, and fresco avocado toast. All fantastic. Also very spacious inside so comfortable to hang for a bit.

They are more spacious then other locations.

I'm thrilled this Baya Bar opened near me. My favorites are their acai and coconut bowls and the pitaya smoothie. The food is fresh and the staff is nice. They have a spacious and pleasant decor. I like their reward program whereby you can earn points and freebies by entering your cell number. I just got a free juice with my coconut bowl. I would eat here more often if they were closer to me but don't mind making special trips here.

Good vibes worker dancing like crazy and really funny. The food smelled good even though I was across the street in rain.

A smoothie sounded like the perfect snack so I headed inside. Juice Generation is a small shop, mostly meant for take out orders. There is a small counter in the front you can stand at, but for the most part it's just a space for customers to wait and the counter and workspace behind it. To the right is the menu. The decor is really fun, centering on the brand logo and New York City itself. The place was super clean and organized. I was quite impressed. I wound up ordering the Peanut Butter Split consisting of Plant Milk, Peanut Butter, Banana and Frozen Coconut Milk. The staff was friendly and whipped the smoothie up very quickly. The Peanut Butter Split is perfect if you are into peanut butter and banana flavors. It was also not so thick that you would give yourself a headache drinking it. I really enjoyed it! This is a great stop if you need a quick drink, smoothie or snack.

The storefront on 9th avenue is very small with very limited seating but the vibes are great. The staff is helpful in letting me know what the menu has to offer. The fresh pressed juices are good and I love how the smoothies don't have any added sugar. Something else to note is that they do have food options - they're limited but there's still a decent chunk to choose from. Plus they come with protein too. I liked how my bowl had all the fixings and the pastry was "guilt-free" The prices are a bit hefty but for fresh juice and a yummy sweet treat, I'd be back for more.

I don't know why but something just same over me and having a juice beverage sounded correct - it must have been the nice weather that has finally hit NYC. Anyway, we headed over to check it out. JG sells a variety of juices and smoothies in several flavor combinations. Some of them are fruit-based, some are milk-based, and some have additions to help with immunity, detox, etc. Since I'm not a regular juice or smoothie drinker, I was looking for something with flavors I liked and not loaded with calories. I found that in the Cherry C Monster - this contained cherries, pineapple, dragon fruit, banana, and orange juice. The smoothie was quite good - lots of cherry flavor and surprisingly not too sweet. Service was fast and efficient - they're pounding out those smoothies at a rapid pace so my order was ready in no time. Overall, I had a good first experience at Juice Generation - I don't think it will be a go-to based on my tastes, but if the mood catches me I would definitely return.
