I looked at numerous Yelp reviews before I made an appointment for this location. I completely understand why there were numerous 5 star reviews. Everyone at this location is very friendly and courteous. I love that I didn't have to wait that long at all for a physical therapist. I was disappointed that my therapists didn't wipe down the location that I would be lying on, and yet my husband's therapist wiped his location. Since I have an obsessive compulsive disorder, that made me uncomfortable. The type of therapy you receive is dependent upon the therapist. There are therapists who talked to me in regards to how I should or shouldn't do something. Then there was a therapist that basically made me feel like she wasn't happy working there. After that incident, I decided to just purchase my own TENS machine and gel ice packs. I would just do the exercises at home. The first and second visit here was a 5 star experience, but the third time here made me realize that I could do most of the exercises at home. read more

Ive called multiple times after being referred to by my doctor with an authorization left two voicemails and still have not received a call back. Changed insurance so that i wouldn't require an pre-authorization still called multiple times different hours and only get voicemail. read more

The main issue I have is they allow children to bring their toys (bikes, big metal trucks, etc) into the therapy area and play all over the floors, in and around the machines, etc! This could and will eventually cause injury or worse to a patient. To the owner and staff and parents/ grandparents/ caregivers, this is not a day care, it's a medical facility / physical therapy for disabled and/or injured patients, veterans, etc. So Please Keep the children at home. This place was so horrible! Staff was extremely rude and didn't seem to know much. I'm currently recovering from a car accident and I actually tried physical therapy for the first time and this place made my back pain 1000 times worse!!! I'm currently attending a chiropractor and it's 1000 times better! Whatever this staff did to me hurt me sooo much more!! My health started declining after attending this place for some months!! I'm way much more pain then when I started going there!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone especially with the unfriendly staff. read more

They are extremely professional and kind. I can tell they really care about your health and want you to get better. Everybody works as a team there and assist each other if your main PT is busy. They provide massage and a zappy machine (don't know what it's called) and then do stretches and even give you a paper with them so you can do them at home. They always ask how your pain level is. I have visited many different providers. This place is the best. The office is very clean, employees are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly they do the job! At other PT places they just place tense units on you with hot/cold pack and this is it! At this place, they are really working on you. You get manual therapy as well as exercises. If you have any neck, back, and shoulder pain, well any pain, these guys can help you out. I came in here for upper back pain, and I've gotten so much better. They gave me a hot pack in the beginning, then the BEST part, a nice massage!!! They really care about you and really WORK you out! Highly recommended. Yelp did a good job of helping find a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Center that was close to my place and Bay Rehab is the closest. Took only 10-12 minutes to drive and finding the location as a first timer client. I was overwhelmed with the service staff who welcomed me as soon as I enter the center. But most especially, as well as the therapist (Ms. Ruby Tang) that took care of me on my first day. From there, she really made me felt so comfortable from start to the end even though I was in pain during the session. The fist session was intense because I wasn't aware of what to expect next. But to sum it up, it was a big help and I felt a progress after that. I left the center with a smile and truly satisfied with the Day 1 of my therapy. Looking forward into the next session and more progress to expect. Its hard to function well when some parts of our body is in pain or injured. It is so depressing. But so thankful to God that I only suffered some minor injuries from my accident and gave me another chance to live. Really upset, my daughter is a minor and they would not allow me to go in with her for her therapy appt. I wasn't told I could not in with her when I made appt. really bad communication with employees! I was allowed in first time for evaluation and was never told I am not allowed to go in with her after that. I recently had surgery on my back and was referred to this place by my doctor. Everybody was very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. The physical therapy staff have been friendly, knowledgable and patient during my sessions. I have been seeing them for approximately a month and already see significant improvements. I chose this place a month ago due to its Yelp ratings. I had my doctor send in a prescription. I have received no calls from them. I have called numerous times and no one picks up the phone. I try to leave messages, but their voicemail is full. I have no idea how they have a 5-star rating. After finally going there two months later due to no other options, they had seemed to really change their approach. There is now plenty of people on the phone and they are very courteous. The only downside I can say is that the exercises become repetitive. Overall though, I would say the place is not bad at all. Great change guys, keep up the good work read more

Skilled staff and relaxing atmosphere! Was referred by my doctor for neck and shoulder pains that I had been enduring due to an accident years ago, yet continued to get worse from working in front of a computer all day. Dillon was amazing at creating a program that was tailored specifically for me, a combination of massages, stretching exercises, and heat treatments. I just finished my second session and I am very happy that I was sent to this location. The staff is great (friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and caring). They were always trying to find out how I am doing as a person asking about my day on top of being concerned about my injuries. I felt that they really cared about me as a person. The facility is clean, organized and well maintained. They are also a training facility and the students that they get are amazing too thanks to the training that they get from the therapists. I hurt my back a couple of months ago doing some renovations to my house and decided to check this place out after being recommended by a co-worker. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me through the rehab process without the typically cold "doctor speak." Dillon, my physical therapist, was extremely patient with me and helped me get back to normal in no time. He also recommended a series of daily exercises I could do at home to help strengthen my back and prevent from re-aggravating my injury. Definitely worth the drive to Montebello. read more
