The technician replaced the battery, and lubricated the seals with silicone grease to keep minor water intrusion out. He explained that the movement in my watch is replaceable if it failed; he can do it right there. He showed me that the band was failing, likely aftermarket, and didn't fit properly, increasing the chance the band would put too much leverage on the pin & yank it out. He showed me multiple bands, and we landed on a nice semigloss black band, which he also installed. It's a pleasure when you find someone in a store that doesn't really sell you on anything just to sell stuff, but rather is there to help you & gets you what you really need. I've had a number of various use and operating issues in the past due to my being technology challenged. On these occasions, I've gone back to them for help. I am very happy to report that I've received nothing but excellent service/help. I've dealt with other cell phone dealers and most of them have not been very helpful. Here, they are very easy to deal with and they always seem really helpful, and I get the impression that they really are interested in helping their customers. I have been super satisfied with their service after the sale! My latest visit was last week after I thought my phone might have been infected by a virus or malware. Gemma was the person on duty. She opened up my phone and checked all the installed apps for any signs of trouble. She ended up deleting several apps - one of them being a very dangerous one that allowed others to see and use my cellphone on a remote basis. She also checked to be sure that it operated properly. She spent about 20 minutes on this project. I was not charged for this, and it was done happily and without any attempts to sell me any additional items or service. Obviously, I'm a happy camper with this business!

Ada was amazing: she had me unlock the phone and got started uninstalling every unnecessary (and potentially virus-infected) app. (This was A BIG JOB!!) Hundreds of useless apps and nearly an hour later (she had to pause a few times to assist walk-in customers), my potentially was practically good as new! I can access all my apps without difficulty, and everything works seamlessly. Processing is fast and seamless. Ada was kind and professional, and declined any payment for her expert service, but I plied her with effusive thanks and a Starbucks gift card as a thanks for her time. She was FANTASTIC, and everyone should patronize this Metro by T-Mobile location and enjoy the attractive, organized store and its helpful, friendly staff-- particularly Ada! I got to my car to open the bottle and inside under some cotton was a quarter, a watermelon sour patch candy and a couple other nasty items but definately NOT what I paid a huge amount of money for. When I stormed back in the clerk apologized and said he'd refund the money. But he had to call his boss the owner first. So the the man on the phone tried to refuse and say I did it which made me furious. He was not going to refund me when it was obviously his staff. the clerk opened the other bottle which did have pills in it but they were falling apart into powder. The boss told him not to give me a refund but another bottle after I argued for awhile (so there were more after all). the clerk opened that and it had a sealed top and normal looking pills instead of giant powdery ones. He gave me those bottles and the boss made him film me so he could see what I looked like to judge what kind of person I was by appearance and told me never to come back. It wasn't till I got to my car again that I realized my second bottle was domething like tums and had no top sea. I went back in and told the clerk who said there was nothing he could do.
