DO NOT come to this store -- you'll regret it! I came in on a weekday just to check out current promotions and upgrade my old iPhone 13 Pro Max to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was helped by a woman named Shante (spelling might be off), and the entire experience was a nightmare. She convinced me to add three extra lines to my existing three--lines I absolutely didn't need--just to "qualify" for a deal. She also claimed I'd get a higher trade-in value for my old phone than what T-Mobile actually offered. Everything went downhill from there. She messed up multiple things, including adding too many lines, canceling my Netflix discount, and creating total chaos with my account. I ended up spending days going back and forth between this store and T-Mobile customer service trying to fix her mistakes. In the end, I had to cancel the iPhone order and revert to my old plan. To make things worse, I later found out this location isn't even an official T-Mobile store--it's a third-party dealer with multiple complaints against them. I don't know if they realize their job is to assist their T Mobile members with their questions and to be friendly when people walk in your shop. So many people were turned away while I waited in line for very simple questions they could've just looked up online but instead they just tell people "we don't do that!" Sad. Quality/Quantity - Wow, did I get distracted...? I just double checked and I took ZERO pictures. FYI, this location is an authorized retailer, not a company store. Atmosphere - Small shop, 1 of two. The other T Mobile is on the other side of the island. We were there yesterday... Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and from 11am to 6pm on Sundays. Mall parking in the rear of the building. Service - 5 stars, Roberto was excellent, very patient and personable. The manager, Edwin, came in later and started suggestively selling aggressively; not in a bad way, but we are already customers now and before buying/spending more, we want to make sure we are happy with what we got now. FYI - We have been to 5 different stores now, in 4 different cities and every review has been 5 stars!! The service at the store level is so much better than over the phone! Price - N/A. As we just became customers and are going through the transition of porting over all of our phones and learning the T Mobile benefits. We went in for a screen protector. It should have been free since we have the protection 360. The supervisor said they had nothing in stock for an iPhone 12 and would not even check their stock. The sales assistant offered to check and she found one. The supervisor then said we could not have the protector since it did not have the same SKU number as the one we originally purchased and said we needed to pay $40. We left the store. Had a wonderful experience today with Roberto and Vanessa I had to get my Galaxy S10 screen protector put on but it's one of those old school ones so it's not easy to do it and the technology of it is a little bit complex super super helpful and well-trained staff Vanessa put it on like a pro she even had to wiggle a little bit with her nail to make sure that it got on the screen but I am now screen protected and super super happy that I went in the staff is great and I definitely suggest this T-Mobile if you're in the area thank you again guys. read more

As a long time AT&T customer, I was not too pleased that I had to pay $10 a day for wireless service for my recent trip to Mexico City. Friends using T-Mobile suggested I switch over. So one day at the Bay Area Travel and Adventure Show, I checked out the T-Mobile booth and talked to Michael. Since I wasn't sure of T-Mobile's coverage, he offered a SIM card so that I can test at home before fully committing. That way, I could take advantage of the activation fee waiver offer. Tested the SIM card and was pleased with the service at my house and areas that I frequent. I went to the closest T-Mobile store, which was the one on Park St. to transfer my service and port my number. Came here around noon on a Saturday and there were no customers. I was greeted and helped by Jackie and Tony, who started the process and worked on accessing my AT&T account, changed SIM cards and transferred my service to T-Mobile. The transfer went smoothly thanks to the great service by Jackie and Tony. Now three months as a T-Mobile customer, I am pleased with the additional cellular services and benefits and at a lower cost. read more

Don't go here. Had a horrible experience. Had two female workers here that gave me false information regarding phone plans after I had done the research. I wanted to get more than two lines for the magenta plan. I had spoken to a salesman online earlier this week who said there can definitely be more than 2 lines and also showed them on my phone that it was their website but they still argued that it wasn't part of the plan. I also showed on their tablet that they just had to click into the deal to see that it included multiple lines. They didn't know their own plans and also were rude about it. I asked if anyone was available to help and the girl at the register said "No" without even looking at us or telling us someone would be with us when available. My husband received a new I-phone for his birthday. We called T-mobile for set up help and they said for us to go to any T-mobile stores. We were asked if they should make us an appointment. We arrived at 3:50 PM and to our dismay there was a paper note on the door that said closed at 4 PM. We knocked and knocked because it was 3:50 PM so we were hoping anyone could still be there. No one was there. I just don't understand why they would leave knowing that we had an appointment there at 4 PM. Don't they also receive an email confirming our appointment as we received an email confirming our appointment? I called the T-Mobile store today and the guy who answered said he was the one that closed up at 4 PM because there was no one there. I told him that I had an appointment there at 4 PM and he said he never checked the email confirming our appointment. On Sundays this T-Mobile store is supposed to close at 6 PM and why he chose to close at 4 PM it's beyond me.I asked him what his name was and he said his name was Waldo! And he said the manager was not in yesterday, November 7th, or today, November 8th but would be in tomorrow, Tuesday. And the managers name is Neil. I've never had a problem going into a T-Mobile store for any help about myself and I have been a customer for over 20 years. But for them to just close the store with that letting us know is what really upsets me. So I just got a new phone from T-mobile shipped to my house and I just needed to activate it I just went to the alameda landing location the other day and they assisted me fine when I needed to activate my parent's phone but i was already near this one. I asked one of the workers for some help and she immediately told me to call t-mobile themselves because they can't help me. They told us to go to Best Buy and return because they have Samsung representatives can return, exchange or repair at the store. Jacky and Neal were so helpful today. I needed a new phone after cracking one that had lasted me 3 years. Neal helped me pick out a great phone that I wanted and that was in my price range. Jacky then helped me transfer all of my files. I really like this location and how kind the staff is. One employee finally asked how she can help me activate a phone. Told her that we called the Customer Service and was told to go to a store.
