He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick.
