I decided to rent a stage package, which Brenda, from Interior Plan Design, help me customize. She went out of her way--above and beyond--to make my experience as awesome as possible. I was very satisfied with the end product. But here's why I'll come back to Brenda again in the future...I had rented the plants for a certain amount of time well in advanced. But for reasons beyond my control, the proposal was postponed several times. Brenda helped me each time and was very understanding. Interior Plant Design's top priority was that my event was a success and that I walked away extremely satisfied. The delivery people were also excellent. They were on time for drop off and pick up and very professional, so a huge thank you to them as well! Overall, the stage was perfect and I am VERY happy. We submitted a quote request more than five days ago and also called the company directly, but we never received a response or any follow-up. Unfortunately, there was no answer at all. The lack of communication was disappointing and did not give us confidence in their professionalism or reliability. Based on our experience trying to contact them, we decided to look elsewhere.

Terrible workmanship…read more I hired Nick, the owner of this side hustle business, to install my Govee permanent outdoor lights for a quoted price of $750. I agreed to this premium price with the clear expectation of meticulous, high-quality work. Unfortunately, the experience and the final result were deeply disappointing. Communication & Professionalism: Poor. After the unsatisfactory work was completed, I reached out to give him an opportunity to address the issues, but received no response. He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick. The poor craftsmanship, lack of communication, and failure to follow basic instructions resulted in a complete waste of money.
