This was, I think, the 6th time that Mr. Mottau has pressurewashed areas of my property, and I have yet to be disappointed. Mike fit me into a rather busy schedule at somewhat short notice, and called to confirm the appointment 2 days before. Day-of, he was right on time at the beginning of the 2-hr arrival window he'd estimated, and even texted a 'see you in 20 minutes' reminder. He's got a great memory for the property, and so he noticed troublespots I hadn't, and added them on with no extra charge. I took a water meter reading before he began work, and once he finished. For approximately 1500 square feet of driveway, patios, and stoops, along with some extra fine-control work, he used only _138_ gallons of water - that's only 1.5x what my irrigation uses each time it runs! Given that I turned off irrigation for that morning, and so much of the grey water he generates gets back to the yard, it was basically a wash (literally!). As per usual, when he finished up, Mike had me inspect for any spots that didn't look good enough. And, as per usual, he proved to be his own harshest critic - I found no areas that failed inspection, but he wasn't satisfied with part of the driveway, so gave it an extra once-over. Mr. Mottau's system is much more efficient than any garden hose - using higher pressure allows him to use less water - but at the same time, he can wash items that you wouldn't think to let a pressure washer touch, like lawn furniture, as delicately as necessary. And, he's very good at making sure he's just aggressive enough on all areas - depending on what you want, he can just remove grime from an old paint job, or he can strip multiple layers away for re-painting, or anywhere in between. I called Mike (owner) a few weeks ago to have him come out to my business to do power wash the concrete. He did fantastic! Came on time, gave me a great price of $180 (normal cost is $220), I saved some $ which is always nice. Very professional he is. Did some extra's for me like cleaning my back door overhang, my front door floor mat, a few walls, etc. The man is honest, fair price, and professional, basically went above and beyond for me as customer! Mike did the pressure wash for our driveway and concrete walkways in the backyard and the end result is amazing. He was quick in responding and after texting pictures he gave an estimate and an appointment. Coming over Mike said that its a much better condition that he originally thought and reduced the price. Every year our park makes a list of things each residence has to complete, or they will send out someone to do it for you, and charge you an arm and leg. One of those requests on my list was to have our mobile home painted. We rent, so we were looking for a cheaper alternative. Mike Mottau does an outstanding job power washing mobile homes. One thing that is particularly nice is that if you remove the screens from windows, he will expertly wash and dry their outsides. Then, all you need to do is replace the screens and clean the insides for bright and shiney windows! His prices are very reasonable to boot! We have him do our mobile home every spring.
