Super Impressed!!! I needed my gutters cleaned and I have a 2 story house with funny angles. JR's voice mail said he was booked a couple of weeks out (I was willing to wait as his reviews were so good), but he called me right back and scheduled me for just a few days later. He quoted me a price and it was fair and reasonable. He arrived on time, got right to work and did an outstanding job! He cleaned up after himself and when he gave me the invoice, it was less than his original quote! He said it didn't take as long as he had expected so he charged me less. With all this rain, my gutters were a mess and needed some serious cleaning. Rain water was overflowing everywhere. San Jose and Silicon Valley, California have hard water ,,, and this leads to hard water mineral white spots on your car and house windows. Santa Cruz's water is even harder!! My folks in Willow Glen, one of the best neighborhoods in SJ, like to sit by the backyard BIG HOUSE WINDOWS at the big dinner table and eat breakfast looking out at their garden and the birds. But the lawn sprinker, not rain, water had caused lots of WHITE HARD WATER DISCOLORATION AND FOGGING. In addition to cleaning my window using a 24' ladder, he also swapped out the battery on my motorized Hunter Douglas shades for my high ceiling loft as it needed to get replaced. He also wiped all the dirt and cat hair inside the window nooks (left by previous home owner), and kept my entire place super clean.
