Capp's Pressure Washing - Overhead awning and Ipe deck cleaned by Capp Pressure Washing. - Pressure Washers Near Me

Excellent work at a third of the price of another quote. Will not oversell the job by suggesting sanding when not necessary.

For the last 3 years I have continued to hire Chris Capp, in San Jose, for the same reasons: 1) Timely communication, 2) excellent work and results, and 3) he brings treats for my dog. This year there were no major changes to the property so all we needed to do was schedule the work. Chris scheduled 2 days, 16th and 17th September, On the 16th he and Austin, his assistant, arrived exactly on time. First day was thoroughly cleaning elevated back door deck and stairs, backyard deck, backyard redwood fence and side gate. At the end of their work, he let me know what time to expect them on the 17th. Day 2 they arrived and set immediately to work. At the end of their day, they gave my dog treats and I gave them the check. We also spent some time talking about his business. I never knew that they offered so many for homeowners. I was also immensely impresses with how he gives back to the community in helping out charities that identify homeowners that could use some help. Well done! Decking, pergolas, gates, and fences are an investment and last longer with maintenance. Capp's Pressure Washing, in San Jose, that takes pride in their work and they knows how to do it properly. Thank you, Chris and Austin! read more

My power washing experience today with Chris was a ten out of ten. From beginning to end, he was efficient, professional, and punctual. My brick patio, flagstone, and wood steps look brand new. I feel like I have a spanking new garden, and I could not be happier. I recommend Capps Power Washing without reservation. read more

Chris is super great. I've asked him to stain our deck 3 times and I just got a new fence and asked him to stain that. He is honest, hardworking, fair, and courteous. Does a detailed job and is very reliable. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for wood staining. Looks amazing! read more

Chris Capp the owner/operator of Capp Pressure Washing is one of the best service providers we know. He has taken care of our home at least 3 times. Whether it was cleaning stone patio, driveway, garage floor, walkways or pergola, he always responsed promptly, professional, knowledgeable and trustable, showed up on time, good pricing, took pride in his work and brought excellent results. Thank you Chris, it's a pleasure working with you. read more

I am a repeat customer for 3 very important reasons: 1) Timely communication, 2) excellent work and results, and 3) they like my dog. Chris, the owner, does not leave you hanging. For my work, there were some changes on my property, so he wanted to do a drive-by to see the new scope of work. He scheduled and arrived when he said. He reconfirmed the 2 days the work would be done and the arrival time. On the 19th he and Austin, his assistant, arrived exactly on time. First day was thoroughly cleaning of all areas: elevated back door deck and stairs, backyard deck, full-length pergola with corrugated roof panels, backyard redwood fence and side gate. At the end of their work, he checked in with me and said that they would be back the next morning an hour earlier. We were dealing with the extreme heat and smoke. Day 2 they arrived promptly at 8 am and set immediately to work. They did not knock off until after 5 pm. At the end of their day, they gave my dog treats and I gave them the check and some peanut butter cups. If you spend good money on decking, pergolas, or fences then you should take care of them. Have somebody that takes pride in their work and knows what they are doing. Thank you, Chris! read more

Capp's Pressure Washing - Wish I had before photo, very pleased with the service. - Pressure Washers Near Me

Did my hardscape. They showed up when they said, did a good job, and left no mess. No muss no fuss. I'll use again. Well, just used Capps Pressure Washing for the second time. No surprises. They squeezed me in before my Easter celebration in the back yard and did a great job with no supervision as I could be there to advise. I came home to a clean hardscape, with all the rainy winter green Gone and the pavers, flagstone and fireplace bright like new. Thanks again Chris. BTW, after he was done, Chris called twice to try to catch me to be sure I was happy. Great Service!!! read more

Chris is quick to respond, showed up on time, and provide all the information I needed to know, very honest guy

We had a great experience with Capp's power washing. Chris called me back the same day I called him and set up a time to give me an estimate on power washing our backyard patio, driveway, and front walk way area. He showed up for the estimate in time too. Chris was able to squeeze us in later in the week. He again showed up early in the hour window time with another team member. They did an excellent job, far better than I even thought it could look. He even pressure washed the brick edging of our planters in front and the front sidewalk to our house which I didn't expect. I would definitely recommend Capps to friends in the future and use them again when the time comes! read more

Chris and his team are awesome - very nice, professional and they charge very reasonable rates - I got my decks stained from them 3 years ago and just hired them again for refinishing them - he is very proficient and thorough in his work and brainstorms with you to figure out what's the best way to get something done in the price range that you are comfortable with. He's very humble and helpful and communicates very clearly. And their prices are excellent. Top notch company! read more

These guys are awesome!!! Got a quote same day and did the job the next day first thing in the morning. Would definitely call them again and recommend. read more

All aspects of our engagement with Chris were easy and excellent, and I recommend him without reservation. He got back to me rapidly after my initial query and gave a fair estimate promptly after stopping by to review the project. He and his assistant arrived when expected and did a great job on a paver driveway, slate deck, and sandstone pathway. Chris was a real pleasure to talk with and provided some good information. Highly recommended. read more

Chris Capp quoted me a very reasonable price to pressure wash all my stamped concrete around my pool in back, and my driveway and walks in front. Although I didn't think to take before and after photos, I can say that he did a fantastic job and all my colored and stamped concrete around my home looks as good as it did when it was poured in 2000 and 2008. Great job Chris! Highly recommend!! read more

Chris does amazing work. We recently purchased a home, and the back yard patio had numerous stains. Chris removed all the stains, and made it look as good as new! Chris is very professional, takes (justifiable) pride in his work, and is great guy as well. I would definitely recommend Chris for any pressure washing work, and I will certainly hire him again. read more

Chris is top notch! On time and extremely professional. Chris was extremely helpful while staining our fences we had installed in December 2013. He was definitely patient while dealing with both my neighbors through the project also. As you can imagine we had split bills and other requests that were not standard and Chris handled it like a true pro. Check out the pictures and you can see for yourself that he does quality work. He does not rush a project and you can tell that quality is very important to Chris. My neighbors and I were looking for quality above anything else and Chris and his co-workers delivered. Thanks again Chris and was a pleasure working with you! read more

Third time using Capp's pressure washing. Last time was 4+ years ago. Still same great service and work. Chris is an incredible professional and no nickel and diming. We had put in a new wooden planter that he didn't realize was there since the last job and just included it in the wash and stain at no additional charge. Work is very high quality and will continue to use him into the future. Highly recommend him. read more

My wife and I used Chris Capp's Power Washing service on September 7, 2018. We have a fairly large concrete aggregate deck around our pool, as well as a large aggregate wall on the far side of the pool. The concrete work had no significant cleaning during the last 30 years. In shady areas we had a lot of moss and lichen staining and the aggregate wall had become light greenish in most places. And overall, the concrete work just looked dirty. Chris arrived on time to give us an estimate. He assured us that he could clean everything. His estimate was quite reasonable. We set an appointment for a few days later. Chris and his assistant arrived on time and finished in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The results were spectacular and much better than we had imagined. Everything cleaned up well and looked almost new. We would not hesitate to recommend Capp's Power Washing to anyone. It's not just that he is good at power washing, it's that in our experience, he runs his business perfectly. He returns phone calls and emails promptly, he shows up on time, he doesn't promise more than he can accomplish, and he estimates the cost of his work realistically. read more

Chris did a power wash on some metal awnings and a car port for us they were completely covered in black dirt from the nearby freeway, and we weren't sure if we would have to paint them to make them presentable or not. He showed up when he said he would, gave us a run-down of exactly what he was going to do and pointed out the trouble spots before he started. The transformation was amazing and we didn't have to paint at all, we couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend Chris and Capp's to everyone. read more

On time, great with communication and did a great job on short notice! Everyone commented on how clean the patio was

A real pleasure to work with Chris, would not hesitate to use his services again. I have large decks, almost 4,000 sq. Ft that were in severe need of help. I was concerned that they might have required sanding but Chris assured me that pressure washing, brightening and refinishing would do a great job. And they did. Chris's estimate was reasonable, the middle of three all from very well reviewed companies. He was absolutely on schedule with zero quibbling over extra items. He and his team did a fabulous job of not only refinishing the multi-level decks but also pressure washing my outdoor furniture and a long concrete driveway. For pressure washing or deck refinishing look no further. read more

We have worked with Chris Capp for many years and I highly recommend him. He has washed and sealed our fences and decks every couple of years. But his knowledge and professionalism really stood out on our last project. We had a large deck built and asked the contractor to seal the deck after finishing. We didn't realize what a specialty sealing is until we had dark sticky sections of the deck that did not disappear even with time. We were afraid that the stains would not come out. We called Chris, knowing his expertise, and our new deck now looks amazing. Chris is not only professional and knowledgeable, but a super guy! read more

Chris just stained my decks for the second time and was great as always. He is professional, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. He puts the customer first and does everything he can to make you happy. The work itself is meticulous, the decks looks great, the areas he pressure washed are spotless, and he also added some finishing touches we did not expect as feet for our larges potted plants or fixing chipped stairs. I highly recommend Chris and I will certainly call him the next time as well. read more

We had Capp's Pressure Washing perform restorative deck procedures. Chris gave us a comprehensively detailed estimate, and arrived precisely on time to begin work. He and his helper pressure washed the deck , and then rinsed and dried the structure. The final step was the application of new stain/preservative. We could not be more pleased. Both Mr. Capp and his employee are professionals who leave no room for improvement. They've done this kind of work on literally countless properties...including 'high end' structures. We are not hesitant to give him a five star rating...and commend him to anyone looking for a perfect job - in all regards. Our satisfaction is such that we will use him repeatedly, at set intervals, in order to maintain the impressively rejuvenated deck that he brought back to life. Thank you, Mr. Capp! read more

Chris and Saul came to our house today . WOW ! The transformation of our ugly duckling deck to a beautiful swan was amazing ! the quality workmanship of this company is second to none . We would highly RECCOMEND these guys to any one who is in need of any restorable needs. Thank Chris for all of your hard work anyone who hires your company will never be disappointed! read more

I just moved into my new place with a small attached deck. The last owner had an awful looking stain color on it, with big splotches of something. Chris was able to very quickly identify the stain type and source of the splotches. At first, I was unsure whether I wanted to attempt to clean it up myself or just let Chris do it. Given the proof points Chris has on his website, I let him have at it, and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I'll definitely call Chris the next time its ready for a cleaning or stain. read more

Great service. He pressure washed and stained our wood deck and fence and it looks like new. highly recommend. Honest and reliable. 3/9/20

Just used Chris to clean and stain my teak furniture for the 3rd time. He shows up when he says he will, price is really fair and the job and results are excellent. Highly recommend him. read more

Chris is a true professional and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any type of pressure washing work. Unlike other services who quote site unseen, Chris takes the time to go to the job site to asses the job. Chris did a stellar job cleaning my driveway, brickwork, hardscape deck, and teak table/chairs. Chris arrived 30 minutes early, and worked non-stop with his assistant for 4 hours straight. I could not believe how good everything looked when they were finished. It is not often that your expectations are exceeded; and I was blown away by the results. My only regret is not calling Capp's sooner! read more

As a repeat customer, I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. A couple of years ago, he cleaned and stained my decks and they looked amazing!!! Friends thought that we had brand new decks! That's how nice they looked. At the time, he made recommendations on what planks needed replacement and the general condition of the decks. Recently, I asked him to come back again as it was time and I had replaced an aged deck. This time around, I asked him to clean and oil our teak furniture and also clean and stain the kids' play structure. Everything looked absolutely fabulous by the time he and his crew were done. Chris is an honest, hardworking, reliable and all around nice guy. He is pleasant to have around and I look forward to working with him again in a couple of years. read more

Chris has been making our home beautiful for 10 years now! For a very reasonable price, he cleans our gutters, eaves, stucco walls and scrubs our flagstone patios and driveway so they look brand new again. He is reliable, professional and so pleasant to work with. Can't say enough good things about him. You'll agree that this type of service is so worth doing at least once a year. read more

We needed our patio powerwashed so I called Chris, after finding info and reviews on yelp. He came the day after to give us an estimate. Once here, he suggested to clean the teak furniture. The quote he gave us was very reasonnable, definitely something we were willing to pay. I am so glad we followed his advice: all looked great, I did not know the furniture coild get back to looking so good. From now on, it will be a yearly thing, getting Chris and his team back here to wash all in Spring. I highly recommend. read more

I recently had my first experience with Capp's Pressure Washing after finding them here on Yelp, and I could not be happier. I have a small backyard with a stone patio and I was interested in having that cleaned, as well as the back of my house. I did not realize until I saw their website that having him refresh my teak furniture was also an option, and after talking with Chris at the initial quoting appointment, I decided to do that too. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the whole experience - Chris responded in a timely manner, helped me decide whether I should just refresh or fully stain my furniture (I chose to just refresh), and we got the job scheduled within a very reasonable time frame. He was spot-on time, did exactly as promised plus also my gate and the work quality is excellent - my yard and house are spotless and my furniture looks brand new!! Chris is very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I will be calling him every year for this, it feel great to have such a fresh yard in time for summer. I highly recommend! read more
