For the last 3 years I have continued to hire Chris Capp, in San Jose, for the same reasons: 1) Timely communication, 2) excellent work and results, and 3) he brings treats for my dog. This year there were no major changes to the property so all we needed to do was schedule the work. Chris scheduled 2 days, 16th and 17th September, On the 16th he and Austin, his assistant, arrived exactly on time. First day was thoroughly cleaning elevated back door deck and stairs, backyard deck, backyard redwood fence and side gate. At the end of their work, he let me know what time to expect them on the 17th. Day 2 they arrived and set immediately to work. At the end of their day, they gave my dog treats and I gave them the check. We also spent some time talking about his business. I never knew that they offered so many for homeowners. I was also immensely impresses with how he gives back to the community in helping out charities that identify homeowners that could use some help. Well done! For my work, there were some changes on my property, so he wanted to do a drive-by to see the new scope of work. He scheduled and arrived when he said. He reconfirmed the 2 days the work would be done and the arrival time. On the 19th he and Austin, his assistant, arrived exactly on time. First day was thoroughly cleaning of all areas: elevated back door deck and stairs, backyard deck, full-length pergola with corrugated roof panels, backyard redwood fence and side gate. At the end of their work, he checked in with me and said that they would be back the next morning an hour earlier. We were dealing with the extreme heat and smoke. Day 2 they arrived promptly at 8 am and set immediately to work. They did not knock off until after 5 pm. At the end of their day, they gave my dog treats and I gave them the check and some peanut butter cups. If you spend good money on decking, pergolas, or fences then you should take care of them. Chris called me back the same day I called him and set up a time to give me an estimate on power washing our backyard patio, driveway, and front walk way area. My wife and I used Chris Capp's Power Washing service on September 7, 2018. We have a fairly large concrete aggregate deck around our pool, as well as a large aggregate wall on the far side of the pool. The concrete work had no significant cleaning during the last 30 years. In shady areas we had a lot of moss and lichen staining and the aggregate wall had become light greenish in most places. And overall, the concrete work just looked dirty. Chris arrived on time to give us an estimate. He assured us that he could clean everything. His estimate was quite reasonable. We set an appointment for a few days later. Chris and his assistant arrived on time and finished in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The results were spectacular and much better than we had imagined. Everything cleaned up well and looked almost new. Chris did a power wash on some metal awnings and a car port for us they were completely covered in black dirt from the nearby freeway, and we weren't sure if we would have to paint them to make them presentable or not. He showed up when he said he would, gave us a run-down of exactly what he was going to do and pointed out the trouble spots before he started. I just moved into my new place with a small attached deck. The last owner had an awful looking stain color on it, with big splotches of something.
