We had Nick come out to soft wash the cedar exterior of our SF home and we are so glad we did. The results were incredible and the transformation is so satisfying. Our cedar is quite old, with mildew, and we were not sure how well it would respond, but it held up beautifully and the difference is dramatic. Even in the photos we took right after the wash, while everything is still wet, you can see how much life came back into the wood. Nick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and the level of detail and care in the work really stood out. They took the time to do things properly and the house looks refreshed without any damage to the cedar. They also cleaned our skylights which was a great part of the package we chose. I shopped around quite a bit and could not beat the price and value. It honestly exceeded expectations given the quality of the work. Our neighbors were so impressed with the results that they immediately asked for his contact information. Thankfully, they easily cleaned up everything immediately after. Highly recommend Nick and his team if you are considering cleaning cedar, windows, or doing any type of exterior wash on your home given our experience. I posted 3 pics . Before, After , and In one of the pics, you can actually see a text from our neighbor commenting on how clean it looks from their porch! So worth it! read more

Nick and his team just pressure washed my metal roof and pool deck. They did a wonderful job and really got into the details. Nick would text progress reports throughout the job to make sure I was aware of what was going on as well as brought up potential items that could be challenging before hand so there were no surprises at the end. The team arrived right on time and finished the job in the quoted time frame. They left the property neat and clean as well. Very satisfied and highly recommend. read more

After 15 years, we needed to have our gutters cleaned and the north side of our roof pressure washed to remove a dense mat of moss and algae. Additionally, the walkway on one side of of our house had also accumulated a layer of moss that was impossible to remove entirely with a square nose shovel. I contacted Rick to get a rough estimate for the work and scheduled a date for the work. He arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do and why, suggested adding an algicide rinse to kill moss spores to limit regrowth and extend the life of the pressure wash. Three hours later my walkway looked brand new, the roof and gutters were clean and the detritus removed. I found Rick to be very professional and experienced in how to wash different surfaces, like roofs, to preserve their integrity and lifespan. He obviously takes pride in his work, and I highly recommend his services. read more

Nick was highly responsive and extremely professional in our interactions. While pricing isn't my top priority, Nick also happened to be the lowest price bid. I decided to go with him because cause of how quickly and thoroughly he answered my questions, so the savings was a bonus. He was flexible on scheduling and was able to arrive ahead of schedule. The work was done well and included before and after photos with proof of service in case my insurance or upcoming solar installation requires it. Would definitely recommend. read more

Home insurance hit us with the non-renewal due to the mossy roof. Nick provided excellent service. Communication 5/5 - From the initial contact Nick was responsive and helped answer all the questions I had. When we finally met in person he was very clear on what he would be doing that day and next steps to resolve my insurance issue. Service 5/5 - Roof looks great, and our home insurance was renewed as soon as we submitted the paperwork and drone shots of the before and after. If you're one of the unfortunate souls to be plagued by Home Insurance non-renewal non-sense, you'd be in good hands with Nick. read more

Nick is fantastic. I reached out needing the job done quickly, and he personally came the same day to handle everything himself. He power washed all our sidewalks, concrete, and brick walkways -- knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. The results were outstanding, and I'm already planning to have him back to do the house next. Highly recommend! read more

Nick did a fantastic job from scheduling to completion! I highly recommend his roof washing & moss removal services. It also helped me satisfy my home insurance's requirement for a moss-free roof. He used a drone for the best possible picture to provide clear before&after pictures. Thank you Nick! Please reach out next year so we can do this as part of a yearly maintenance :). read more

Lucikly I found Nick's Pressure Washing online after receiving a letter from my insurance company saying they weren't going to renew my home insurance due to algae/moss/mold on my shake roof. I was told could contest it, but would need to have the roof cleaned and photographed. Nick knew exactly what needed to be done as had several clients in a similar situation. He scheduled me in on a Sunday morning, because he had a full schedule. He also has a drone to take before and after photos of the roof which he sent soon after finishing the job. It looked like I had new roof! One week after submitting the photos, the insurance company agreed to renew my insurance. *\(^o^)/* So grateful for Nick - he is the nicest most helpful guy and I would highly recommend him and his business! read more

Nick did a great job. Punctual, courteous, professional, reasonable price. I was also very happy to learn the difference between a high pressure wash which would have possibly resulted in the windows leaking. Nick uses "soft pressure wash" and safer chemicals, which do a great job, but don't stress the seals of the windows. read more

Nicest guy. Early starter. Diligent. Thorough. Forward thinking. Honest. All the qualities of someone you contract to help you do what you can't do. Nick was able to clean my crazy roof, clean the dang mold 'n moss off of the roof, that chimney..., the tiles, the walls, the patio... He created a strategy for executing and did not stop until it was done. Well done, Nick! read more

What can I say? Nick was punctual, professional and personable. Our home insurance required us to clean our roof of algae and moss in order to continue coverage. I looked for a cleaner online, Nick responded very quickly, provided reasonable pricing and in short, got my business. The results were great! We even had him do the front of the house! Definitely give him a try! read more

Working with Nick was a great experience. Nick was on time. We discussed what services the house needs. The front had mold and soot stuck to the stucco. At the finish of the job, the house looks as if it was freshly painted. If I could give him more stars if I would. I highly recommend Nick. You won't go wrong. read more

Earlier this year, our insurance company threatened to not renew our homeowner's policy due to the presence of moss and algae on our roof. Initially, we took pictures showing them that the roof was in good condition. The insurance company rejected our appeal. After a lot of googling and some good luck, I found Nick's Pressure Washing knew exactly how to clean the roof to satisfy the insurance company. Nick applied a diluted bleach solution based upon roofing manufacturers' recommendations and does not use destructive physical cleaning (i.e., brooms, scrapers, etc.). He provided us with documentation of his service and the insurance company accepted this second appeal. Thanks, Nick! read more

Wow Nick's service was terrific! Nick was knowledgeable, professional, organized, was able to schedule our work quickly, showed up on time, got the job done efficiently and made some suggestions for additional work to improve the outcomes. Our insurance company had threatened to cancel us if we didn't get a new roof, but all we needed to do was get it cleaned. Nick did the job with the right kinds of cleaners to kill the moss, provided drone photos of before and after and a write up to send to the insurance company. They accepted the work and renewed our insurance! saved us a huge amount of money and Nick made it so easy. Highly recommended! read more

We needed algae removed from our roof or our insurance will cancel us. We also have solar panels, so we needed some one that can clean our solar panels at the same time. After getting several quotes, Nick was the most responsive and informative. He told me exactly the steps and procedures he would do. His service included chemicals that will eliminate the algae, pressure washing, hand cleaning the solar panels, and cleaning the gutter. He was very professional, polite, and punctual. He delivered everything he promised and his work was exceptional. He provided before and after photos of this work so I can submit them to the insurance. Happily, my home insurance got renewed. Thank you Nick!!! read more
