They seemed knowledgeable, good priced, and on top of things at first. Missed our scheduled time 9-10 am. Contacted them and left a voicemail. Got a call back 1hr and half after our scheduled time. Apologized and gave me a very short excuse which didn't make sense. My contact person was stuck in a meeting and only got my call now. There was no call to either let me know they would be late or a need to reschedule. Continuing, he said he could get a person out there by 130 pm and reassured me that it was possible. Ok, let's do that; come 117 pm the technician called and says he is coming from Livermore and would be able to arrive until 1 hour later....couldn't do that since they told me it be a 4 hr job and I have to leave the house to pick up my son. We reschedule for the next morning at 930am. Come the next day, nobody calls or shows up. Left another voicemail which didn't even get a call back but got texted response with grammar issues which makes it seem like he doesn't even care and just shot out a text to respond. Again he just found out that the tech called that he would not be on the job or he just found out about this job just right now...can't really tell what he said because of the bad text I see some great reviews on your work product but good reviews don't mean anything if I don't even have someone show up at my door. Maybe get more organized to better know what is happening with your technicians and setup calls to update your clients if you are showing up for the job.

We had our roof replaced because it was dated, weathered, and it had leaks that could have become much worse and been far more costly had they not been repaired properly. Our roof needed carpentry roof repairs in a few places too, which Darah did properly and professionally. Also, Jorge and his team installed four retractable skylights which was, at that time, not something they typically did; yet they coordinated the skylight order and did the skylight installation work professionally as well. And, their gutter work is good too. We're very happy with this work. I wanted to wait for winter to pass in order to review their work, to be sure the roof got a full winter of rain. We did not get a full winter of rain, however we did get a deluge in November and December of this past 2021 which was more than sufficient to exhibit the quality of Jorge's and the Darah's team's work. Darah Roofing's roof work has performed beautifully. The roof stood strong against some brutal rains and high winds without so much as a hiccup. Thank you Darah Roofing for a job well done. Thank you Jorge for your professional conduct of the project and for ensuring the quality of the work.

I gave ACS a call and was able to speak to Barry about the service I was interested in. A single story home I can handle, but two stories should be handled by professionals. Barry was friendly, professional, and very honest in articulating his recommendation. I've dealt with this type of service a few times, so I had a good handle on what would be deemed a reasonable rate/price. Barry quoted me a competitive price over the phone, and we agreed on having one of his employees proceed to my residence right after lunch. John called me prior to arrival, and showed up within the time frame we discussed. He was professional, and just a good dude! He noticed that my solar panels were heavily soiled, and mentioned that they also offer solar panel cleaning for their customers. Since he was already on my roof, I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. End result: ACS has exceeded my expectations, and I signed up for their 6 month solar panel cleaning service. Two thumbs up for me!

Because I needed to meet the crew during the day, and had to leave work to do so, I asked to be notified when they were headed to my apartment. While they did contact me, saying they were 30 minutes out, in fact it took them about an hour from that time to arrive. When the crew did arrive, they got straight to work and hit the two biggest areas of concern, in this case the kitchen and the bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the place cleaner than it had been in a long time. Maybe I'll actually get my deposit back.
