They really need to improve on their customer service and knowing what is going on in their own business. I contacted them for gutter cleaning and repair through thumb tack. They seemed knowledgeable, good priced, and on top of things at first. Missed our scheduled time 9-10 am. Contacted them and left a voicemail. Got a call back 1hr and half after our scheduled time. Apologized and gave me a very short excuse which didn't make sense. My contact person was stuck in a meeting and only got my call now. There was no call to either let me know they would be late or a need to reschedule. Continuing, he said he could get a person out there by 130 pm and reassured me that it was possible. Ok, let's do that; come 117 pm the technician called and says he is coming from Livermore and would be able to arrive until 1 hour later....couldn't do that since they told me it be a 4 hr job and I have to leave the house to pick up my son. We reschedule for the next morning at 930am. Come the next day, nobody calls or shows up. Left another voicemail which didn't even get a call back but got texted response with grammar issues which makes it seem like he doesn't even care and just shot out a text to respond. Again he just found out that the tech called that he would not be on the job or he just found out about this job just right now...can't really tell what he said because of the bad text I see some great reviews on your work product but good reviews don't mean anything if I don't even have someone show up at my door. Maybe get more organized to better know what is happening with your technicians and setup calls to update your clients if you are showing up for the job. read more

They a shady as all can be , I worked for him and he never payed me 2 and a half months and not one pay check , I even sent them a letter from land lord saying I had 30 days to produce a pay stub or I was booted..did I get one hell no .I got booted. He sends me a link to a site showing a pay stub , who cares so he taxed my money and kept it . He won't respond to calls or anything it's demonic .I shouldn't have to beg for my pay check . I set up direct deposit he has my info and he still won't pay me . Be careful of smiling faces ...they can be wolves in sheeps clothing. Called him just before the Christmas holiday and he came within 48-hours to give us a quote when other companies had us wait until after the holiday. It's really unfortunate because I felt as if they had excellent reviews. I booked an appointment after I found them on Thumbtack and it said it was confirmed and ready to go. The day of, there was no reminder call, text, or email so I was a little hesitant. My wife and kids stayed home all day to be there to help show them what the issue was but after 45 minutes past the appointment time, we realized they weren't going to show up. I tried calling them and left a voicemail, but no one picked up or ever returned my call. We really need their help that day, but unfortunately they were unable to pull through. read more

After a complete nightmare caused by another licensed roof who left the new gutters he installed improperly sloped and completely filling with water, I reached out to Chris the owner. He was very empathetic to our situation. Just before the big storms began in Dec, he had Eddie and his crew come out and make the repairs and finish the work left undone by the last roofer. A few weeks later I noticed a few small issues and that one gutter still wasn't slope enough. Eddie came out again with his team and made this right. Overall very good experience. My home is located in San Jose, CA. During the heavy rains this past winter, we noticed that water was spilling over from our gutters. We scheduled an appointment with Kingdom Gutter Protection to get an estimate. They scheduled our gutter cleaning and recommended screens. The work was to be scheduled within 1 week which we agreed to given no rain was in the forecast. (I am sure they had a lot of work due to the prior heavy rain). Tyler and Jake, the installers, arrived promptly as scheduled, provided me with an estimate of how long it would take, discussed what they were doing during the process and completed the job within the estimated time frame. We have a tile roof, so I had expressed some concern about breaking the roof tiles; however, Jake thoroughly explained how they avoid breaking tiles. Not a single tile was broken. Jake shared pictures with me of the before and after status. Our gutters were about 3/4 full with dirt and tree debris. It was bad.
