Their team sanded and stained all of the cedar at a fair price. And unlike other companies, they didn't pressure me to get the cedar restained more frequently than needed. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to ask the staff to be careful around my plants, but honestly I would rate the job 9.9/10. When the color didn't turn out how I expected, the owner wrote me a long explanation for why he used a particular stain and the issues with my old stain. I really appreciated the explanation and that his team did a more labor intensive process (sanding all of the cedar siding) than other quotes I received. Several months later, they also went out of their way to get back to me on the stain they used because I want to stain my gates the same color. When the time comes again to restain our cedar, I'll definitely be giving Giovanni and Richard a call. Their customer service is top notch!

I called, texted and emailed that morning and day and have not heard a word from them still. It's been 10+ days, which feels overly generous as I don't tend to write negative reviews. The 2-3 man team worked very efficiently and completed the whole project in less than 3 full days. Worksite was cleaned up at each days' end. Excellent communication from start to finish, and a nice follow-up text from the owner. The estimate and the final cost were both in line with the last minute modification to the gate I made during construction.
