I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for 1 hour of cleaning time with a 2 person crew. Used it recently to have my old apartment (which is about 675 square feet) cleaned after I had moved everything out. Getting on their calendar was a little challenging, presumably since many people were trying to schedule their voucher redemption. I was finally able to get a timeslot that worked. Because I needed to meet the crew during the day, and had to leave work to do so, I asked to be notified when they were headed to my apartment. While they did contact me, saying they were 30 minutes out, in fact it took them about an hour from that time to arrive. When the crew did arrive, they got straight to work and hit the two biggest areas of concern, in this case the kitchen and the bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the place cleaner than it had been in a long time. Maybe I'll actually get my deposit back. They were very efficient and were able to provide me with an estimate over the phone and completed a quote after they went to the property to look at the condition. Their quote was very reasonable and fair and they were able to complete the job within two days from when we called! They got the job done fast and were very detailed and professional. We have hired many cleaners over the years to clean our clients homes and we will definitely be using them again in the near future. This is my first time dealing with BMS and I'm so amazed. We hired them for carpet cleaning and they were punctual, courteous and helpful in every respect. They even moved the heavy furniture out of the way and kindly repositioned it after the job was completed. They did an excellent job in cleaning the stains accumulated over the years. They even cleaned a small area that I did not think was included in the inital quote. The carpets in our home look GREAT! We also hired them for their window service which was no exception. Like the other fellow yelpers I purchased the living social deal. Dealt with the owner who was very nice and has no problem getting his hands dirty. He showed up with a lady helper and they got to work right away. He cleaned my range hood while the lady worked on both bathrooms. My house is very tidy and I only needed help with cleaning the tough stuff that I don't want to bother with (toilets, showers, that kinda thing). What they did clean was great. Wish they were here longer...but the voucher was only for one hour. read more

I was really disappointed in their services. Cons: - Missed the first appointment! I had to take off from work and they completely forgot. Ugh! - The 2-person team was not through in their cleaning. They missed shelves and other areas. - They BROKE a small vase in the bathroom and DIDN"T bother to tell me. It was left on the counter. Pro: - Whatever chemical they used to clean the bathroom was amazing. It removed a lot of hard water stains. Bottom line: I would not use them. Nor would I recommend them to my friends. The first time I hired BMS for cleaning was because of the LivingSocial voucher back in 2012. Ever since I had been a loyal customer. The crew members are nice and courteous. I probably have met all of them. They sent 2 person and they clean with high efficiency. They first work on the kitchen and bathrooms. Then they move on to the floors (carpet and hardwood) and tidy up the room if time allows. Before leaving they would sweep up the entrance. They can get so much done within just one hour of cleaning. I sometimes have them over for more hours and the house is sparkling...even the front door is clean! As for appointments, Josue is very accommodating regarding the schedule. Sometimes I really need the house to be cleaned for relatives' visit, or impromptu parties on weekends, just call or email Josue and I never had problem to get the house cleaned before the weekend comes. I would recommend BMS to anyone who have regular or one-time cleaning service needs. read more

BMS cleaned our apartment when we moved out. They were great. We had spilled coffee on the carpet a few hours before we were moving out. We were worried about getting our deposit back, but BMS came in and got the stain out with a special cleaner . They really went out of their way to help us with our problem.
