Friendly and easy to work with. Did a great job on the first of 2 cleanings: initial cleaning of a disaster of a home. Coming back later, after new paint and new flooring, where all there was to clean was windows (for additional $60), kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom I'm not happy. The good: The bathroom looks great. Better than expected. Windows: Acceptable, Obviously a lot of cleaning was done on the frames, but I'll bring back a hand vac for the stuff that was pushed into the corners of the tracks, instead of cleaned out... similar to the kitchen drawers... Kitchen: waste of $$. Counter tops and sink were cleaned previously and were still fine; just needed to be wiped off. Insides of oven (which was rarely, if ever, used) and fridge were fine. Cleaning the fridge did require some work (though that work might have been done on the first visit) Cabinets and drawers were a waste of money. Having seen what they were like before, the team obviously at least wiped them all out with a dry rag, but I think that's all. Drawers: one sample pic posted. Sticky area, which easily wiped clean with a wet paper towel, doesn't show well in the photo. The corners are full of loose debris instead of cleaned out. Cabinets: similar to drawers, with debri and stickiness. One especially egregious oversight. The bottom pantry cabinet was perhaps vacuumed out, but thats about it. See pic. I would call them back to finish cleaning, except for how the job ended. 1. Nobody notified me when they were done; they just sent a bill to pay. My brother paid before I inspected. 2. When I got to the property 3 days later, the front door was unlocked 3. The back door was open.... 4. The plug-in CO2 detector in the dining area was gone. I had put a lock box on the door and I had previoiusly given one of the owners at Sanity Divas the combo. The lock box combo was only off by one digit, suggesting that they (or somebody else) used it. Even so, the bottom lock and the back door didn't need a key to lock them, and they were not locked. If someone had come in and stolen things, they would have walked right past my tool box and ignored it to steal a $60 CO2 detector... not likely. I suspect the CO2 detector was damaged and removed to hide the damage: entire socket/box was moved/pulled out slightly on one side; brand new wall plate was now damaged. Since the doors were open, I cannot say for certain someone on the team did this, but why would anyone else break in there, not steal my tools,and violently rip (by my imagination) the CO2 detector from the wall? I don't care how good your cleaning is if you don't take care of my property or you try to hide your accidents. If my out-of-state brother had not paid so quickly, I wouldn't have paid until they came back and finished the job... brought me a comparable CO2/gas detector. read more

I hired Sanity Divas to clean my apartment recently and they were super great overall. Extremely fast communication and diligent in their work as well. I was able to schedule a quick walk through within a couple days of my first request to them. Their schedule was highly flexible too, so I got my first cleaning within a week of the walkthrough! It could have been earlier, but that was on me. They were even able to accommodate my request to do an earlier cleaning time slot than what I requested. They were so responsive and when there were slight delays in communication they let me know they were busy but would respond later that day - I felt this realistic exeptectation setting was so professional. There was a mistake in the appointment scheduling, but I was notified days in advance and was given multiple alternative dates and times. Once the new date was secure, we received a text and email confirmation. It is unfortunate that I must leave this review, but today was our final straw. The people are friendly enough and do a decent job, could be better, but descent (3.5 stars for cleaning). We have lived in our home with three school aged children for 5.5 years. In those years, the kids have broken ONE thing (not counting the accidental dish or cup breaking while in use). In the 1.5 years this team has been servicing our home, they have broken FOUR items, three of which were gifts from dear family members that have passed and are not replaceable. Three of these items we in the same place when broken, two at one time and one at a later time. Today's casualty was a small figurine sitting on our microwave below our dish cupboard that five family members access daily and guests access without incident. The microwave gets used by my three kiddos daily and as you can imagine, takes a fair beating. No one has so much as tipped this figurine over. I think what this all comes down to is that the team is rushing. They often do not make their scheduled time and I feel that they just rush and are careless to make up for their off schedule arrival. Like many others, I clean before they come and my house is in very good order, so the job should be fairly simple and there is no need to rush. Accidents do happen, but they certainly should happen at this rate. I have received apologies and a replacement with a similar item for one trinket that was broken, however my husband and I just cannot accept any more apologies for this level of carelessness in our home. read more

I used sanity divas for about 6 months. I loved the ladies who came to clean the house. They were fast and pretty efficient. However, when I did a move out cleaning the bill I was sent was outrageously high! I had two cleanings back to back a week prior to moving (so the house was not very dirty at all) being that they just cleaned it a week prior to moving. I was given a bill of over $400! I tried to negotiate based off of the situation. All the house really needed was a good vacuum from the removal of furniture, a good sweep for the same reason, and a fridge clean out. I've done and paid for plenty of move out cleanings in the past in homes that were larger and they never were more than $200 ! In response to the owner below , I wasn't aware of any chargers per hour, what was included etc. until after the cleaning service was already done and I questioned about the pricing. I reached out to Claudia with Sanity Divas a couple of months ago. I had heard about her through a neighbor. We were looking for regular housekeeping and had reached out to 3 other companies also. Firstly, Claudia showed up when she said she would to take a tour of my home to give us an estimate and explain what she would do for a normal service. We had a couple of people that either didn't show up or told us they would be hours late at the last minute. Secondly, she was very good at communicating, polite and a pleasure to talk with. I really felt like I was dealing with a professional. Thirdly, she delivered the estimate the next day as promised. Her price fell right in line with the other estimates we had received. I also liked the fact that she offers help with other things around the house, though I never thought I would need that. Anyway, we hired her. On the first visit, her team showed up when they said they would. They did an excellent job. I have to admit, I was really surprised by how good of a job they did and I was almost a little worried that they were just trying to impress me since it was my first visit. However, the quality of service remained the same in the visits following! I am especially particular about my floors (we have hardwood floors throughout)...they were glowing and amazing. Here's the best part...last weekend, we went away for the weekend. We were hours away from home when we realized that we had maybe left a curling iron plugged in. No one else has a key to our home except for Claudia. We really just wanted to enjoy our weekend get away and not have to turn around. Although I felt a little strange about it, I decided to text Claudia and ask if she could just stop by and make sure it was unplugged.
