Silverio is a pleasure to work with. I have used Garcia's bright for window cleaning, gutter clean out, and even some tile roof repair. They do a lot of different things. Excellent work, and amazing attention to detail. Highly recommended. read more

Jose was fabulous in pressure cleaning our garage, roof, and fences. He and his team is hard working , honest and puts required attention to small details. Gutter cleaning was not part of the plan when he came down to our house for pressure cleaning but he managed to add that in for a nominal price since he was already cleaning the roof. He is quite accommodative to our schedule since he had to come the second day for few pending work items - he is definitely our go to person for future as well. read more

We had a terrific experience with Garcia's Bright last week. Our four story house (three floors with windows) was filthy from all of the rain we had this past winter, and the screens and windows looked like they had never been washed. The team from Garcia's Bright got to work right away pressure washing the sidewalk, patio, and concrete areas around the house. While they continued to thoroughly wash the exterior, a second team cleaned the insides of all windows in the house. They were careful to remove their shoes before coming in and double-checked their work to make sure that all of our windows were perfect. Back on the outside, the team proceeded to wash all our window screens with soap and water, rinsed them, and carefully reinstalled them. The team of five was here and working hard for over two hours, and as a result, it feels like we have a new house. All of the windows sparkle. Money well spent, and I will definitely have them back next year! read more

Are they still in business? The business's website linked from this page returns a page not found and the owners don't pick up the phone nor do they return voicemails. It would be sad if they went out of business. I used their services twice in the last 2 years and was very satisfied each time. read more

Amazing, is all I can say. We had them come this weekend to clean our gutters, yard, roof, and pressure wash the house. They also washed our windows and screens. 2 guys came and got the work done in a few hours. The place looks amazing. The work crew is diligent, courteous, and gave attention to detail. The front and back porch are immaculate. We will be using them again in the future to add a couple down spouts and for fence repairs. They have our business for life. read more

We had them come out during Corona Virus time to clean our gutters on our two story house. It had been a few years since we had our gutters cleaned. I wish I had taken pictures of the bags that they had to take away but alas. They gave me an estimate on time and cost and both were right on. Before they started, they made sure to get all the preliminary things done. Make sure I had given them access to the back yard and that type of thing. Then, it was easy for them to work without needing any input from me. I like that type of organization. It shows experience. After they were done, things looked a little cleaner even so they did a great job cleaning up on this messy job. Next up is to have them come out and do power washing and the windows! I did notice the name of the business was different, Master Shine, but it was the 5-star service I expected. read more

I had Mastershine/Garcia's Bright here this AM to clean my gutters on my two story house. As always, they did a complete, careful, and tidy job. The price has increased from last year but that is to be expected and they are still better priced than other businesses I've contacted. Thank you! read more

Wow, what a great experience working with Jose and his team! They did an super excellent job cleaning our gutters and windows! Raphael and another guy arrived on time the day we were scheduled and got right to work. They are quick, but very thorough and pay attention to small details! We've had other window cleaners come out, do a decent job on the windows, lightly dust screens and not clean tracks. Not, this company, they take pride in what they do and customer's satisfaction seems to be high on their list! They took out all the screens, scrubbed them with soapy water and cleaned all window tracks. They even did a little extra, and cleaned our glass garage doors. I'm very impressed with their work ethics, will definitely hire them again and 100% recommend them! read more

Jose just cleaned the windows at my house. He did an amazing job, at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend Jose.

Unresponsive. Wouldn't verify insurance coverage. Not sure why they didn't want my business as it was a large job. Do not recommend unfortunately. read more

I was recommended to Silverio by my housekeeper (Susanna Bolanos) who walks on water. I trust her judgement completely. She was absolutely right on target with her high recommendation of Garcia's. Silverio has come twice- once to do all my windows, and the second time to pressure wash my hard scape and driveway and do the windows. I could not believe what a wonderful job he did! My stone and concrete services have not looked this good since I had them installed 20 years ago! I am now having him do the complete pressure washing of my house, roof and fence. It is like getting a complete remodel outside! read more

I finally got to schedule my gutter cleaning in advance of the incoming storm. Garcia's Bright gave me a really good estimate, scheduled the job for the next day, right before the rain started. They showed up before the scheduled time and were very efficient finishing up in 45 min my two-store house. They did a great job cleaning my gutters, were very professional and they cleaned after they were done. read more

They cancelled the appointment five minutes before the actual appointment. "Something came up" They asked if I would like to reschedule for next week. No, sorry, if you want to reschedule than for tomorrow. And at least say, that you are sorry. Rude. read more

Garcia's Bright is now called Master Shine Services. The phone number has stayed the same. They did our windows again today and did a great job. I have a large patio room addition for my child care program. I've had two companies clean the windows so far, but third time's a charm with Garcia's Bright! The other companies charge WAY more than Garcia's and Garcia's did a great job cleaning the windows. Very conscientious, great work, very nice men. As neighbors to the home of which the roof was pressure-washed, we can only shake our heads in utter dismay over the condition of our poor garden. Our neighbors gave us a two-day head-up, so my husband creatively covered the main part of our garden. The rest of it, unfortunately was fair game to all of the incredible crud that flew off of that roof. This incredicrud, as I will dub it, has encrusted itself all over the remaining uncovered plants, splashing its way onto the side of our house and onto our front stairs. It even wormed its way under the cover that my husband put up, attacking even a few poor plants there. Depending on the shape of the leaves' edges, this incredicrud actually crawled - and dried - UNDER those leaves, as well. This crud will not hose off, because when dry it all reappears as it was. We are left to hand brush each dry leaf with a toothbrush. Polishing each leaf with mayonnaise works, as well. Excess leaves are being removed. We have got to get rid of this stuff, because plants breathe through their leaves. Many of our beautiful flowers, which were blooming at the time, are toast, as well. In addition, we also have to hand-remove the top layer of any soil covered with this dried cement-like crud, so our plants don't suffocate that way. You might also be interested to note that our beautiful red lava rock has become the most seriously attacked victim of this garden mayhem - Not only can it NOT BE HOSED OFF. DRY-BRUSHING HAS NO EFFECT either, even on the individual rocks. Why neighbors have to put up with someone else's roof crap all over their own precious garden is completely beyond comprehension!! With our schedule as it is, we can only clean a little at a time. We will most likely still be doing this years from now, as we have scores of plants and trees. We are owed countless hours of time that we will NEVER get back!! Too bad there isn't a -0-stars category!!! read more

Recent storm damaged some gutters/downspouts on my 2 story home. Called Garcia's Bright at 8 AM, Silverio and his crew promptly arrived on time at 10 AM the same day. Garcia's Bright cleaned the windows, screens, and window channels of my large, two story home this week. Wow! They did an absolutely wonderful job. Some of the windows have solar film, requiring extra care when cleaning the inside of the windows. They were thorough, very pleasant, and did the best job we've ever had. They have set a new standard for service. I will hire them to clean our gutters later in the fall. I recommend them highly. read more

Jose was super helpful, he even called to let me know about a cancelation, so we could get our windows washed before a big party at our house this weekend. Great communication; timely, accommodating, respectful and friendly. The windows are spotless, and we will definitely use Garcia's Bright again in the future! read more

Garcia's Bright, a family run business, did a great job in washing every window (inside and out) in our large two-story house in Lafayette, and cleaning the gutters. Their team of four hard-workers arrived slightly ahead of schedule and did a fine job in just over two hours. And their price for the washing and gutters was about $200 less than another service quoted me. Silverio, Jose and Raphael have been in business for several years (also offering gutter repairs, screen repairs and bird-nest damage repairs). I will definitely call them again, and I recommend their services. They are based in Santa Clara, so they clearly cover a large part of the Bay area. read more
