Anthony and his partner from AR Rooftop Cleaning Service did not disappoint us! I sent requests to over 5 other gutter cleaners and these guys are the ones we chose. They were quick and courteous to reply. Detailed in their explanation of services. The communication was the best I had received. Honest, genuine and now that the job is finished, can say they're reliable and did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond the bare minimum of what a normal service like this would. He even gave us easy to understand info on which gutter protectors we were asking about and helped to choose without making us feel pressured or like it was an up - sale. Hands down definitely would recommend and use these guys again. read more

After some heavy rainy days in the Bay, Anthony and Ray came to the rescue when I needed them the most. I sent out my request for a cost estimate late on Sunday night and within 10 minutes I received a response. With a quick look on google earth and some discussion on what I expect, Anthony was able to provide me a very competitive quote. On top of that he was flexible and scheduled an appointment with me the next day which was perfect! He and his brother gave me a heads up when they were on their way and arrived on time with all of the necessary Covid PPE. I showed them the areas of concern and was informed of the additional time/labor to remove/reinstall gutter screens/guards. We negotiated the final price and it was still better than the rest! Before starting, he kindly asked if anyone was sleeping or in a meeting to be courteous. His consideration and concern is greatly appreciated. They proceeded to scoop out the majority of the gunk from the gutters to prevent further clogging. They were kind enough to show me the major blockage at he end of the drain that would allow the downspouts to flow freely. And if there were blockages, they would hydro-jet it out. At the end of the service, they provided before and after pics upon request. I am very pleased with how clean everything is and am more impressed with their dedication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. They might not have many reviews (yet), but I can guarantee these guys are worth it. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and I highly recommend to anyone reading this review! They accept cash/venmo/zelle. read more

Update: After this weekend's Noah's Ark deluge, I am pleased to report that the downspouts and connectors that Anthony and AR Rooftop Cleaning Service rebuilt for me, functioned perfectly throughout this rare and powerful storm. I said it once and I'll say it again: Anthony at AR Rooftop Cleaning Services is the guy you want. read more

Really appreciated working with Anthony to clean my roof/solar panels and install a downspout on the roof. He's really professional and a great guy. I'm so impressed with the job he did. I own the house but I have tenants who live in the house. It was easy to schedule with Anthony and his prices are very reasonable. He even saved me money by mentioning that the downspout that had come detached from the house was usable and purchasing a new one was not necessary. I live about a 20 minute drive from the house so we never met in person, but he kept me aware of what he did by texting me pictures and through phone conversations. Very much appreciated! Easy to pay for the service with Venmo and my tenants were very happy with his work. Thank you Anthony! read more

These guys are great. They respond quickly to requests. Answered all my questions. They were running a little behind on the day of my appointment but the called and let me know. When they got here they were professional and polite. They kept me informed of a few issues that I had with my gutters and roof, even fixed a gutter that had come off its mounts. They even cleaned up some leaves that weren't their doing. I was so happy with the service that I asked for a quote for another project I want done. With everything going on in the world its hard to find people that still provide good service at a fair price. AR has excellent service and from my research the best prices. You can't do any better then AR. I will be doing more with them. read more

Anthony and his brother are great guys to work with. I contacted them via Yelp and got response within few minutes. His quote was reasonable and he is available within a week, so I gave him a try and was not disappointed. He contacted me when he was 10 minutes late, he asked for my concerns before starting the work, and helped me fix minor issues he found. It was pleasant to do business with them. Highly recommend read more

Anthony and his crew were great. Anthony was frequently updating me on the status. They checked and cleaned/fixed the gutter and downspout where ever needed. Anthony and Team were amazing! Replied back with a competitive quote within minutes, and was able to schedule me same day. Workers were professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied with their services cleaning our gutters. There were a lot of gunk and build-up and not the easiest to get to these gutters, so we were impressed. Highly recommend! read more

Our gutters were overflowing tons of water in an area they weren't supposed to. Anthony and crew were on-time for a free inspection and estimate, the root cause was primarily a blockage of old leaves & roof asphalt in the gutters. Anthony offered two services - just clean the blockage for $75 or clean the gutters on the whole side of the house for $100, by far the most competitive quote we got from any company, we chose the whole gutters and they began work right away. After finishing cleaning, they pointed out we also had an issue with our gutter not being leveled properly in one area, leading to standing water and contributing to the overflow, and offered to do a minor adjustment to the gutter leveling for free. After their minor adjustment, he said the problem was not yet fixed, and asked whether we'd like to do a slightly bigger adjustment for $40 to ensure all the water was draining properly. We agreed and the work was done. Overall, the work was completed well for a great price. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and professional, and had good mask hygiene throughout. They'll definitely be my first choice in the future for gutter issues or solar cleaning. read more

Great job & friendly, excellent service! Anthony & Ray were fast, I initially requested a gutter cleaning but really needed an additional gutter install. They took measurements, got the parts, and got it done. Thank you! read more

Anthony and Ray are professional and their work is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Their prices are competitive and fair for the work that they do and service that they provide. I was under the gun to get a gutter cleaning before my house got painted. They adjusted their schedule to fit me in on a few days notice. Once on the roof they sealed a crack in my roof tile that I didn't ask for not to mention a few other tiles that needed the edges sealed. I have had my solar company "servicing" my panels. But once they showed me the photos of what was actually being done on the roof I was disappointed to say the least. Once the house is painted they are scheduled to return to clean my solar panels and put mesh around my panels so the birds don't make a home anymore. This was a service I did not know they provided but now that I do my solar company has been fired and A&R is hired. Thanks Anthony and Ray you guys are a breath of fresh air when it comes to honest business. read more

I looked at the Yelp reviews for this company and called for a quote on a Saturday late afternoon. Anthony picked up on the first ring and gave me a quote based on the levels of my house. The quoted price was good ($150 lower than another quote) and had availability the next Monday morning. They arrived ahead of schedule, walked me through the procedure of cleaning and sealing my gutters, and started the work. One and 1/2 hours later the work was completed. I was concerned about the clean up because my house was recently painted, but everything was spotless when they left. All of the workers were polite and cordial and all of my questions answered. We have rain coming in tomorrow, so the gutter seals will be tested. At this time, I give them 5 stars for the excellent service and would recommend AR Rooftop Cleaning Service to others. read more

A+ service. They came out short notice to take care of my gutter cleaning and offered the best rate. They were super fast and efficient and worked with my schedule. I am so glad to take care of this before more rain comes in, in case backups cause leaks in the roofing. I will be using Anthony's service again. read more
