Almost 6 months and if I didn't do the initiative of getting an update, they will not call you. And do they part to investigate. There first excuse due to customs hold because of drugs in the Philippines. Second, because of earthquakes. Or call this person in local in the Philippines. Well, finally after i kept calling, it delivered and re taped. Obviously, it was opened and there were missing items. It has custom's inspections. But of course there's no drugs in the boxes. If customs removed some items, they could at least write it down. So who was did it? Andy from Los Angeles/XYZ gave me a number to call Ma'am Mil in Cagayan for update. It should be the other way around. Ma'am Mil should call me and provide an update why 3 boxes still at there warehouse for that long. I don't know, but i can't trust any shipping company in the Philippines. It so sad that my own fellow Filipino can't be trusted. Well for sure, i have 3 more boxes to be shipped. After this happened, i will not. I feel sorry for your company. There no respect to the people that save there money to buy all this stuff and it will be stolen. The service cannot be trusted. When FedEx notified them (when the shipment was still on the east coast and could have still been delivered) - they didn't reply. It would have been easy to solve the issue at that point. So, the shipment was returned all the way back to California. They lied and denied they did anything wrong, refused any refund, and held the material hostage and forced us to spend another $500+ to reship. To the "same" address. Funny it made it the second time. No ethics or integrity - run from this shady mail house. _____ In response to DMC note below - Fedex confirmed twice you entered the wrong zip code. The address was not incomplete - this is a billion dollar philanthropy that knows what address to use. After first insisting my client pay for the return shipping - of course you ate it, as you should have. You only had to pay that because you entered the wrong zip code, and because you failed to respond to FedEX when they notified you. We paid two $500+ shipping charges on this order because of your mistake, when we should have only paid one. No my client isn't grateful and no you weren't professional given the reasons above, which is why they are insisting on using a different mail house from now on. As will I. Lastly - perhaps this wouldn't have gone off the rails as much as it has Ray, if you had simply returned my phone calls and emails at the time. But you apparently were too much of a coward to speak to me. It is time to take responsibility and be honest Ray. How far DMC has fallen since the days of Pierre Smit.

We mailed in some documents from a different state using USPS GROUND and got to their building in 4 days then we called in to confirm if they got the delivery. Once it was confirmed, we paid over the phone so that the receipient will not have to pay on their end. We did the option for pick up at SM MEGAMALL. It took 5 days for them to receieve it. Total of 9 days. Their services were super affordable compared to other air freight companies so we highly recommend them. FYI, prior to ship out to the Philippines, they did inspect the mail - probably just to make sure nothing prohibited is being sent out
