I recently…read morestarted working in my cleaning business, so I've been using this laundromat frequently, and Kim has been incredibly patient and helpful every time I've had a question or made a mistake , like accidentally putting in too much soap. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

I had brought enough quarters for the washing machine and was planning to use the app for the dryer. So, now here I am with wet clothes and kind of in a rush to be done and onto other errands. I didn't want to have to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. However, the lady that was working there, Tammy, totally helped me out. She did something and was able to make the machine work for me so I wouldn't have to run out and come back. While it was inconvenient and they should remove the stickers for the app if you can't use them, Tammy was super nice about helping me out without any fuss. I have been here several times before and always used quarters for the machines but had noticed the app last time I was here and decided I would use that next time instead of bringing a bunch of quarters. The very 1st machine $3.00/load was really hard to close & gave us trouble to start. We used 5 washers~all finished & upon opening the 1st machine (1st machine in the line for $3) we discovered the clothes were dripping wet (as tho it never drained~the VERY PROBLEM our machine had at home). Uugghh In the next larger machine $4.50 we added our comforter from our Mstr Bdrm...our newest comforter...pure white-we moved it to the dryer, choosing the largest dryer & dried under on Medium heat...the dryer DISCOLORED our comforter-ALL OVER-YELLOWED!
