I had no idea I was getting a shake however since the menu option was for a variety 4 pack of hot cakes. The shake name was on there but the menu doesn't lead one to believe it wasn't just a hot cake flavor. Somehow I chose three flavors and the shake but got four hotcakes so the menu could be clearer. The hotcakes weren't hot but weren't cold. They'd be great if hot. The mess with eating these is unbelievable. They come in paper sleeves and with the first bite the sweet syrupy filling bursts out the other end which will leave whatever it hits in a super sticky coating. Beware. None of the hotcakes were labeled and they all tasted very similar despite one having some chocolate filling in it so I have no idea what the Space Invaders etc cake taste like. Was ordered at 742, immediately confirmed, and I picked it up in 20 minutes. You walk in to this food hub and check in on the tablets and then go to the front counter where your order is scanned out and given to you. There are five or six "restaurants" selling food through orders made on a very slow website without any way to call anybody if there is a question. That is a big drawback in my opinion if there is a question or error made.

The filling does really drip out like crazy as the name suggests but apparently the whole messiness is a part of the Korean street dessert experience which I appreciate the authenticity. I'd come back for the Mille crepe cake and to try the mango mochi too.

A cute spot in the University Circle area!…read more I came here on a warm April day and was craving some ice cream. I got a cup of matcha soft serve ($5.95) and the strawberry layer cake ($6.95). The matcha soft serve was great. Cold, refreshing, and the perfect amount of sweetness that complemented the matcha flavor. I would definitely come back for the soft serve, especially since Cleveland has a tragic lack of places that offer matcha soft serve. I also enjoyed the cake. The cake itself was light, soft, and not too sweet. The strawberry jam wasn't bad and wasn't cloyingly sweet, but I did wish the cake came with more than one fresh strawberry. The cafe is small and has a few tables. The decor was absolutely adorable.

Megan responded immediately to my inquiry and although they were booked with two events for the date I needed, Megan squeezed our order in AND they squeezed in a delivery time that worked for us while also ensuring their other events were in no way changed or compromised. I really respected this because that meant they respect every order, and they do not inconvenience other orders just to accommodate a new order. From delivery (as promised), to how the cupcakes looked (neat, detailed, beautiful!), to how they tasted (guests said they were fresh, not too sweet, and some were shocked how such a small cupcake had so much flavor). That brings me to the size... absolutely perfect! They were all eaten by the end of the event, and I believe it's because the size made them less embarrassing to go back for seconds or thirds! Quality ingredients and you can tell by the taste! Attention to detail, which is harder to accomplish on mini cupcakes. We highly recommend!!

Unfortunately I saw it too late and had already ordered. We chose wisely to take it out. Honestly, it wasn't that crowded that you want to keep a wad of hair on a table. And the place is a meat locker it's freezing. Now it's a cute concept. Different cobblers and puddings, ice creams, cookies, and such. Dessert heaven. We ordered the blackberry peach cobbler and it comes with vanilla ice cream. It came out about 15 mins later. It was hot. We got a small container of the ice cream and next size of the cobbler. Cobbler was warm. Good mix of fruit. The ice cream melted nicely on top. It was pretty good to be honest. The problem is again the store and tables were filthy. That is unacceptable really. Wad of hair is just so gross. I guess you can come here at your own risk. Cobbler was good. But you gotta wonder how clean is the kitchen if the front is that bad....

When I first entered the shop, I was warmly greeted by a staff member, who offered me some samples before I ordered anything. Since I was visiting Cleveland in December, I decided to try some of their holiday flavors such as eggnog, caramel gingerbread, and peppermint stick. Every flavor I tried was amazing, especially their blue cosmo flavor. Blue cosmo is their trademark flavor, and I highly recommend that flavor to anyone who enjoys a lot of sweetness. I visited the shop several times during my time in Cleveland, and each visit was outstanding. No matter what flavor malt I got, each one turned out delicious. On the last visit before returning home, I decided to get a simple ice cream sundae with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. It turned out amazing. Another thing I like is the atmosphere. You can even go up the stairs and watch workers make ice cream while you enjoy your delicious sweet treat. I highly recommend Mitchell's Homemade Ice Cream to anyone who lives in the Cleveland area or plans to visit.
