    The Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip
    Steve A.

Brayson's is some very good ice cream. It has a nice variety of flavors. Orders are taken at the window. Amazing there's not often a long line here. There's a few benches and tables. Has an incredible amount of flavors of ice cream. It even has one that's non dairy. They are pretty fairly priced for the quality. It's about $3 for a big scoop in a cup. They have all the classic flavors. For kids they have Superman and all the typical kinds they think is cool. They also have some more fancy ones. It has a non dairy mint chocolate chip. This is made with almond milk. Considering it's non dairy it tastes like real ice cream. The consistency may be a little watery but it's almost like the actual thing. Lots of cool mint flavor. There's also plenty of chips in it. Ice cream doesn't get much better. Plenty of choices to choose from. They accept credit cards and they allow dogs to eat with you.

After long days of staying in place we decided to go for a car ride. We found that this ice cream shop was opened. I felt sad that this like so many other places were so empty. There are some restaurants that offer take out or deliver. Because of the situation they didn't have waffle cones. We were told it was due to keeping everyone safe, etc. I tried the NY Cheesecake and my husband ordered the mint chocolate chip. We were served through a window. I think it was the owner that served us. He had gloves on, we had the window between us. It was only opened to take our order and closed again. It was served in a Dart white container and closed with it's lid. The utensils were given to us with a clean napkin. I can see that he took every precaution to keep everything hygienic for us and for him. Outside he has red "X"'s on the floor so that we are practicing social distance. Although there was no one on line. We went to the car and ate our ice cream. It was SO DELICIOUS!!!! I've never ate an ice cream with the consistency this one had.

Our 3rd stop on the Ohio ice cream tour! Great choice of flavors. Their black raspberry is on par with Graeter's. The staff seem friendly enough. The inside wasn't open, unsure if they have inside seating. A few benches and tables outside but it was raining so we ate in the car.

Stopped for dinner dessert...Yum! Lots of great flavors including Peanut Butter Buckeye (what else would one eat in Ohio?), Lake Erie Salt Mine, and Salted Caramel Truffle. Super nice grandpa running the place named for his two oldest grandsons! Loved our ice cream!

I had the peanut butter brownie ice cream and it was delicious. I was told the malt was good. My mom was very happy with her root beer floor because they gave her the remaining portion of the can of pop too.

Brayson's Ice Cream Parlor is right near my house and I finally decided to stop by! On a hot summer day, ice cream is the perfect solution! This cute ice cream parlor got a makeover on the outside and inside, with a sign near Ridge Road to draw customers in. Knowing that there are multiple ice cream places in the area, I think $3 for a single scoop is quite expensive. The selection and the names of their flavors are witty and funny, so after selecting your desired flavor, you can enjoy your ice cream outside at the picnic tables or on the bench outside.

This was such good ice cream! It's a cute little stand alone shop. I got black raspberry truffle and loved it. My wife got the salt mine flavor which was great too. The ice cream is creamy and soft, I'd highly recommend it!

SOOOO good and creamy!!! Tried multiple taste testers and they were all incredible. Very reasonably priced as well!

This place is a hidden gem! I haven't tasted a flavor yet that I didn't absolutely love. They have all kinds of great flavors with their own twist on them. If you are looking for a cold treat (even if it is out of your way) this is a no brainer.

The staff were just as bright and refreshing as the ice cream itself ... welcoming us with smiles from the moment we walked in. Now let's talk about this dangerously addictive dessert. You can choose a cup, cone, or bubble waffle, and I absolutely recommend the waffle. They make them fresh to order, and it takes the whole experience to another level....pssst. it was warm folks The flavor selection is creative and unique, with vegan options available as well. Even better, they use no gums, artificial flavors, or stabilizers ...and you can truly taste the difference. We tried the Blueberry Latte, Honey Cornbread, Marzipan, and Strawberries & Cream... and every single one was out of sight. And as if the ice cream wasn't enough, they also do an incredible job with ramen and Korean corn dogs. Surely recommend. Definitely worth the visit.

It's like you never know what exactly you're getting or how it's going to be packaged. Well I was completely underwhelmed. Shame on Guy Fieri! I went per him featuring them on Diners Drive Inns & Dives. I got the raclette ramen, which he enjoyed. It was just a big bowl of flavorless milky broth, noodles and vegetables. I kept going back for more, hoping for something to be flavorful, but no! The cheese was ok but that's it. The $19 bowl didn't offer anything delectable for the price at all for me. I actually wouldn't even pay less for it. I guess this is kinda like pho? I tried a pho bowl in Cleveland's China town which was not great. The best I've had is a beef pho bowl at Lobster and Pho in Independence. Super delicious and flavorful broth and a lot cheaper than $19. I also had the crispy rice musubi. Also no flavor. The crispy rice tasted like a tasteless hash brown. The spam and chile topping was fairly flavorful. A bit salty but was ok. I sampled a few of the ice creams as well and was equally flavorless! I'd be happier with a container of butter pecan ice cream from Aldi for less than $3. I like to be honest with my reviews and hands down this isn't a place I'd return too and the menu didn't offer a ton of choices to go back to try anything else. The best thing I got here is the nice reusable bowl with a lid and the broth containers.

The place smells AMAZING and is frankly intoxicating I am convinced if you were considering not getting something or a small of something that smell inside the place intoxicates you to where moderation goes out the window. The staff is also super friendly and very patiently waited for us to be overwhelmed and then come to a decision. I, the mint cookies the flavor, and GF something with caramel and chocolate chips. Both were wonderful (but mine was better). Someone nearby got a sundae that looked divine. Lmk when those air fresheners come out.

I believe it's in an old movie theater, and repurposed buildings are always fun. I remember enjoying my ice cream the first time I came by back in 2018 or 2019, and I finally made it back today. The place still looks as new/clean as ever, and I like that their menu clearly illustrates the number of scoops/flavors allowed. Today I opted for a split single of fresh strawberry and mint chocolate chunk. I'm usually quite a chocolate snob (flakes all the way, frozen chips are the worst!) and the chocolate in the mint was pleasant despite being a "chunk"!
