Much needle sweet relief after an evening of bar hopping. Chocolate gelato was rich and creamy, and I'd recommend the flat waffle in the box if you don't want it to get too messy although I'm sure all options would be delicious.

This is my favorite ice cream shop. They have gelato and it is amazing. They make warm bubble waffles to pair with it is everything I make the trip for it every week.

Checked out Battr and loved it! Super cute spot to hang with friends. Had the bubble waffle with salted caramel gelato, crispy, chewy, and so good. They've got shakes and bubble tea too. Staffs were very nice and friendly They do not offer free water, just bottled. There are plenty of seating upstairs and a few tables outside. Will definitely be back!

BATTR was a great place! This was our first time having this type of dessert and Boi did we enjoy it!! and the service was wonderful, quick fast and easy. The ambience was nice and we actually ate our dessert upstairs, which was very convenient.

On a 90 degree day. Who wouldn't want gelato. I for sure do. I ordered a couple different things for myself and my son. I got just a small serving of the strawberry gelato. My son ordered the e bubble waffle Oreo blast. He said it was the best thing he has had in a long time. I enjoyed mine and he enjoyed his. Which is a plus because kids are picky. The only downfall I see is parking. I parked over a block away. I didn't. Like that part. But I understood the neighborhood. All in all. A great experience.

Super fun place to go to at night! Went there with a couple of friends and the three of us split the bubble waffle and it was more than enough. The ube ice cream was good, a nice soft and creamy texture to contrast the waffle. It's a little hard to eat out of the cup, but so worth it. The white chocolate was a little off, but that might be more just the flavors we chose. The workers were super nice and it was ready pretty quickly, and there is a good amount of room upstairs to sit and eat. Overall very good experience, would go again for a late night dessert when in the area.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I enjoy supporting small business and I will for sure be a returning customer. The Cookie Monster ice cream was delicious as I paired it with a mocha latte. I also got a bag of the coffee which I guess is new inventory. They said I was the first to buy a bag!

I'm a big ice cream lover and found this place on social media awhile ago. I've wanted to go ever since and we finally made it in for a visit last week. Menu has an excellent variety of options. If you don't find what you want, you can create your own. The bubble waffle cone in a cup seemed to be what they're known for and did not disappoint! Very flavorful with a soft waffle cone and was easy to cut with the spoon to mix with the ice cream. I was very pleased with the additions of not just the ice cream and cone, but candy pieces that match the flavors. Safe to say I'll be back very soon!

Is it really summer if you haven't visited Battr!! Me and my son recently stopped at Battr for a delicious sweet treat. I enjoyed the Cookie Butters Foster and substituted Italian Espresso Gelato instead of Salted Carmel and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! My son enjoyed a create your own desert and we were both in Gelato heaven. The flavors were incredible and our taste buds were overjoyed. Despite there being a line out the door the service was excellent. We were able to sample a few flavors and only waited a few short moments for our desert to be ready. The ambiance was very nice as well. This is definitely a repeat desert shop for the summer!!!

Holy yum! This has been on my list and I'm so happy we got to try it. We picked the s'mores and Chocolate Tremont...so good! There is a little area to explore at upstairs that we took advantage of.

This place looked awesome so I had to try it out. I was very excited to try a build your own bubble ice cream. I opened the door and it smelled beyond delicious. Unfortunately they did not have dairy free ice cream so I was not able to try anything. The staff was very friendly.

I finally visited BATTR on the 1st day of September 2024 (Sunday) with a friend after a Cleveland Guardians baseball game. HOW IT WORKS -- Choose between a crepe, a Battr company created crepe cone, or a bubble waffle. Then choose your gelato flavour, then choose your toppings, and finally choose a choice up to 2 sauces such as nutella, caramel, peanut butter, etc. An employee told me that it's cheaper to build your own rather than choose a signature menu dessert so I built my own. I ordered the Build Your Own Dessert which consists of either a crepe, crepe cone, or bubble waffle. I chose a bubble waffle dessert with 2 vanilla wafers, gelato ice-cream (sea salt caramel and limoncello flavours), plus topped with 2 sauces (caramel and biscoff cookie butter). Mine cost $10 total. It tasted delicious but I definitely did not finish it. This is a perfect waffle/ice-cream for two people to split and share. I wouldn't get this again because it's just too much sugar...haha. I'll definitely be back but next time, I'll just get a simple gelato ice-cream instead of a huge waffle filled with gelato and toppings. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 94/150 total reviews in 2024 - 743 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 29 September 2024

Based on the fact that I wanted to also try one of their beautiful milk cakes (like a tres leches), I opted for the Mufawar coffee since he said it was less sweet and a bestseller. It was served on an adorable bamboo tray, piping hot and very strong! It had a unique flavor and paired well with my saffron milk cake. Yes...I said saffron. I was very hesitant to try this after he described saffron to me, so I actually got both saffron and biscoff milk cakes. Wow, this man knew his stuff! The saffron milk cake was absolutely scrumptious!!! And who doesn't love a biscoff cookie?! I had to take that one to go. I hope to return to Cleveland soon so I can try the pistachio latte (a sweeter coffee) and possibly a different flavor of milk cake. The coffee shop was quite large, bright, and tastefully decorated with lots of gold accents. I loved my experience there!

And whenever I resettle in the area, I always find myself gravitating back to Algebra Tea House for the good vibes. Although I haven't been around for many years, I think maybe there are more offerings on the menu these days. Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! We all visited Cafe Blanc for the first time and loved our experience especially the large (free) parking lot. We sat on the 2nd level towards the back. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026
