So i switched in august to aaa which for the same coverage is $65 cheaper due to the agent not reviewing my policy at renewal time they then had the audacity to send me a bill stating they covered me in august NEVER has anyone ever covered anyone for the month when you dont pay your policy is canceled End of story right now they think i am paying them because they sent me to their collection company Dont buy insurance here Two years They overcharge for anything Check your policies the renters $1,000 deductible . They dont really hear you after they write your policy and set you up for their maximum profit not budget friendly here tossed my money like it was chump change and then because they have power over your credit scores . I had issues with getting payments in on time, for that reason I put bills on autopay, somehow only my renters insurance was put on autopay so I was getting an email every month about payment going through. I must have been $100 behind in my payments and they never once sent me an email saying with stopped your insurance. I just saw that there was a charge each month. I never knew they stopped my insurance until I got a collection notice for $100 90 days later. So not only did my insurance go through the roof when I went back to the company that it treated me so well for so long State Farm. I had moved over to Allstate for a friend and a really good price on a insurance what a mistake. I never even called me to tell me I was canceled and then canceled me for $100. I will never ever go with Allstate again. Just have to remember how many thousands of dollars they have cost me, rather than working with me over $100.
