This mistake not only left me and my family exposed in the event of an accident, but it also prevented me from registering my vehicle--leaving me without its use for months. To make matters worse, they are now requiring me to pay for months of coverage I never actually had just to have my policy reinstated. I've made several phone calls to try to resolve the issue with Rose's office, but with no success. Each time I've asked for corporate contact information, I've only been given excuses and incomplete details that make it impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. Do not do business with Rose's office, and I would strongly question whether you should do business with State Farm at all. I am still waiting to see if anyone from corporate leadership will contact me.

I thought maybe I was calling after hours, but after talking with an agent on the last call, I discovered their hours are 8:00 am until 11:00 pm seven days a week. Even though they offered the cheapest policy, I decided to pay more to avoid any future issues with trying to get in touch with them. After all, if you have an emergency, you don't want to get stuck on hold for hours on end.
