My husband goes to AAA to get our license plate tabs, they have a machine inside their office which is very convenient! He notice they do passport photos, he said you need to go over there so that's exactly what I did! Are you a member, no I'm not that will be $ 20 wow, really? OK, I need to get this done. The gal took my photo, then sent me to the front desk to get a print out and the instructions to download your photo, it wasn't working for me so I ask the women, if she could help me. I did pay $20 for service. She gave me the picture and I went to my car to start the renewal process on line. The photo would not save to my phone. I went back in and the girl who took the photo helped me put it in my photo gallery and also emailed the photo to me. Now back at the car, the photo is not accepted by government standards, back in to AAA I go! The gal said I'll take another picture, your hair needs to be behind your ears - ok. She helps me get my photo again, then I waited in the office to upload my photo again and it's not accepted. Now, the gal has disappeared and I talk to Steve this is the third person I have dealt with on my photo journey! He says, you have to download the photo, I said both of your staff members did that for me. Well you have a picture with words on it, I said this is what your staff gave me! So he takers my phone and somehow downloads the photo without words. I said how did you do that? He said "we provide you the access, you need to do it yourself", I said I paid you $20 I expected service to go with my picture! It's the worst set up ever! I would highly recommend rethinking your process especially if your own staff can't download the picture correctly! Glad I didn't buy the membership!

We settled on State Farm for the best pricing and service as well as them having a record of treating customers more fairly if a claim is needed. I called the Tyler Drake Office (good reviews) and a nice intelligent, upbeat lady named Breana answered the phone. She collected some simple information and proceeded to get right to work on a quote. Several times I either called or emailed with questions, and she got back to me quickly. Often within minutes! I never felt rushed to get off the phone. Although we could have done everything remotely, we went in to see her to complete the final insurance submission and within minutes we had new policies. We were totally impressed and couldn't have expected anything better. We got better pricing than other companies and are confident if the time ever arises that we need to make a claim, they will be there for us. MUCH thanks to Breana and the office for superb work.

My rates have skyrocketed. I got into an accident where I was the last person in a five car pile up. When I got out. Every single person reassured me it was not my fault and that another vehicle ended up going into oncoming traffic to be able to pull over and switch drivers (weird.. absolutely). Do you think they did any sort of investigation? Nope. Just said I was cited. So I was at fault. Now they are telling me they are doing a "non renewal" for two "accidents". One being a fender bender that was my fault but, I didn't even get my car fixed over. The second. Not my fault... but, they treat people like they're "burdens". I wouldn't trust them. This non renewal is truly a blessing. The only reason I stayed with this office was because my dad died and I was on his policy when it happened. They don't care about anyone but themselves and their paychecks. RUN!
