I have been with Allstate at this location for many years, and I absolutely love the service they give! A few years ago, I even left this agency to go to one that promised a better rate, of course I found out that the 'rate' was just to rope me in, the level of service was not even comparable to this Allstate in Sparks. I have mainly dealt with Chris King at the office, and on occasion the rest of the team, they are all professional and helpful, and Chris is AMAZING! He is always helpful, he returns my calls and emails right away, no matter how trivial my question may be, he treats it just as important as all my other questions. Chris also handles every need I have with insurance, and he has even gotten back to my emails on weekends. I have only high praise for this Allstate team, I would recommend them to everyone, my son also insures all his vehicles through this Allstate, and he is just as happy. I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at this branch. I worked with an agent who was charming and confident, providing coverage details that seemed promising. She quoted a price and presented the package as an excellent deal, which I believed at the time. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a misleading bait-and-switch tactic. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive. I was eventually handed off to a representative who monotonously lectured me about the fine print. I'm deeply frustrated by this experience. I regret placing my trust in this insurance company, and this has left me wary of their insurance companies. read more

More than professional! I was with my previous insurance company for over 15 years and with the recommendation from a mortgage company decided to call Allstate. The agent I ended up working with compared policies and rates from both companies, to see what was best for me and my family. She has a great way of explaining the insurance process in a manner that you don't have to have an insurance background to understand! She puts her clients first and has their best interest.
