I had a policy with State Farm for 5 months every month they called me and asked me for my fiancé drivers license, we even went in and physically give them the ID they told me repeatedly that my policy would not change and they lied to me my policy when they finally put in my fiance's ID after 5 months of asking for it and five months of giving it to them, my policy went up $100 so instead of paying the quoted $123 a month I was paying $223. they're inconsistent and unorganized and it's sad because now whenever anyone asked me if I like State Farm I'm going to say no just because of this one experience I don't think it was State Farm as a whole but I do believe it was definitely The Lack organization on their part in this office.

I had it fixed elsewhere for $207 and it looked great.it was not in an area where there could be "hidden" damage. Little did I know that this unethical woman reported the damage as a traffic accident w/o airbag deployment. When I traded in the car the "accident" reduced my trade value by $1500. That was after showing the receipt for $207 and pictures. The dealership said I could attempt to get the Car Fax corrected but it is difficult and timely. Needed repair of some fairly extensive rear end damage to my 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. The…read moreinsurance company, representing the person who caused the damage, gave me a list of repair shops. I reviewed the list and with a little homework, I chose High Tech Collision in Sparks. I am so glad I did. I called the shop and spoke with the Manager. I told him I needed a repair estimate, which he produced the next day. I could not schedule an appointment for the repair until the insurance company provided authorization but that I would use his shop once the authorization was received. That was on May 23rd., It was'nt until July 11 that I received the insurance authorization. I called the Manager for an appointment. He said bring the Jeep in on the morning of July 21, so I did. I expected HTC to take a week to do the repair.To my surprise, I get a call from the shop mid afternoon on July 23 that my Jeep was ready for pick up. My wife and I drove down immediately to review the repair and pick up the Jeep. The repair area looked like new. The Manager reviewed the repair with Us and stated that if we had any problems to give him a call.
