Why doesn't Progressive Insurance automatically refund an overpayment? We didn't even know that…read moreour mortgage company had inexplicably overpaid Progressive Insurance until we received our monthly mortgage statement. Our mortgage company couldn't explain why it had over-charged us. Progressive Insurance couldn't explain why they kept the overpayment to them, or even why they didn't automatically refund all overpayments to them. Progressive Insurance doesn't even pretend to maintain a patina of relatability to me or care for me. They couldn't even give me an answer as to when they would refund me this overpayment. "I'm from a corporation and I'm here to help," means help the corporation NOT we the corporation's customers. There's nothing progressive, or Christian, about Progressive Insurance. "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Philippians 2:4. Progressive Insurance paid its CEO $14.2 million in 2022. There's NO way a millionaire let alone a multi-millionaire or billionaire can ever understand how someone like me as a disabled Veteran unable to be employed due to my military Service-connected disabilities who's on a fixed income for life finds the theft of some of my money to be a huge burden. Progressive Insurance is ungrateful to GIs and Veterans as has NO Military and Veterans Discount as a thank you to Veterans to provide resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) and GIs (rare 1/2 of one percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. It undermines the "we're all in this together" narrative that Progressive Insurance had been blaring. Nothing is a greater stranger to my breast, or a sin that my soul more abhors, than that black and detestable one, ingratitude. - George Washington, Commander-in-Chief during American War for Independence, and 1st US President March is Women's History Month US Army Captain Kimberly N. Hampton accomplished much in her 27 years. At Easley High School she was student body president and tennis team captain. Her parents said, "She wrote a paper for her 3rd grade class that described how she had always wanted to fly. We gave that to her as part of her graduation gift from Army flight school, and I think it pretty much blew her away that she had written such things as that as far back as the 3rd grade." Presbyterian College President John Griffith remembered their graduate Hampton, "She was always striving for more. Our world is so much in need of heroes. I'm here to tell you today that at Presbyterian College, she is a hero." Hampton's father and grandfather had both Served in US Armed Forces. She was battalion commander of her ROTC unit, a job that prepared her to command Delta Troop in 1st Squadron of 17th Cavalry Regiment in Iraq. To her parents their an only child, was "baby girl." To her tennis teammates she was "Kimbo." To Army Captain Will Braman, she was his fiancé. To those Serving with her in Iraq, she was "Dark Horse Six." Her Fort Bragg commander, Lieutenant Colonel Terry Morgan, said "she was an inspiring leader." Captain Hampton's mother said, "She was doing what she enjoyed doing. She was trained well, and she felt it an Honor to Serve her country." Hampton Served in Korea, Afghanistan then Iraq with 82nd Airborne Division where she was in her second term of military Service. She was piloting a OH-58 Kiowa Warrior helicopter designed for reconnaissance and observation missions when she was shot down and killed near Fallujah, Iraq 2 January 2004, making her first female US Military Aviator Killed in Action in a combat operation in Iraq. Captain Hampton was posthumously awarded Bronze Star, Air Medal and Purple Heart. "The President of the United States of America, authorized by Executive Order 11046, 24 August 1962, takes pleasure in presenting the Bronze Star Medal to Captain Kimberly N. Hampton, United States Army, for exceptionally meritorious service while serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 82d Aviation Brigade, as a member of Coalition Task Force 82, during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Afghanistan from 16 November 2002 to 10 February 2003. Captain Hampton's outstanding performance and dedication to duty were critical to the success of combat operations under the most extreme and austere conditions. Her efforts contributed significantly to the overall success of the Global War on Terrorism. Captain Hampton's dedication and commitment reflect distinct credit upon herself, Coalition Task Force 82, and the United States Army." The Captain Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library opened 27 February 2005 in Easley, SC.

The underwriting team is a fraud. They send emails to add people to your policy and if you don't…read morerespond they go ahead and add people to your policy regardless if they have their own policy and not driving your car. You have 15 days to tell them not to do such stupidity or they charge you and you don't get your money back!!
