For the past three weeks, I've been trying to complete a simple account update--yet no one has been able to help me or return my calls. The office repeatedly promises call‑backs that never happen, even when the receptionist assures me someone will follow up. I've gone into the office several times, only to wait for hours while staff members--Tiana, Anna, or others--are "in meetings" or "on breaks." Despite repeated visits and voicemails, I have never received the assistance I was promised. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and in‑person service is frustratingly slow. This level of disregard for customers is deeply discouraging and reflects poorly on how Express Insurance values its clients. I truly hope they take the time to review their internal practices, train their staff properly, and start honoring the level of service and accountability expected from an insurance provider.
