I requested she hand me the documents again then she reminded me they have them on email anyway and still refused to hand over my personal documents. I found the process to be difficult, time consuming and at the end rude.

Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.
