Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.

I called and asked my balance and they told me it was a little over $2K still. What ?????? I perused my bank ACH's and it totaled approximately $5,040 that they have deducted from my account. If they think I am going to pay $7K they are crazy! Covid hit, unemployed and my employment shut down, then fires and evacuated. They continued to charge me their high interest when I asked the payments to stop until I returned to work. Closed my bank account today and adios! Also they pay their workers peanuts and work them to death. I have all the credit I need as I built my credit up and now have a score in the 700's.
