And there is always someone live available to talk to! But it is also easy to work with their website. I like that they send out several timely reminders so nothing ends up falling through the cracks and with phone numbers to make it easy to just call. All offices and phone staff are friendly and can easily retrieve all the info to make changes smooth. And a big bonus is how the company created very flexible terms so any changes can be handled easily including extensions of loans or getting news ones fast. I requested she hand me the documents again then she reminded me they have them on email anyway and still refused to hand over my personal documents. I found the process to be difficult, time consuming and at the end rude.

They continued to charge me their high interest when I asked the payments to stop until I returned to work. Closed my bank account today and adios!
