Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.

Called in to the office because I was approved online. I explained it didn't say that anywhere on their site. She explained "it doesn't need to we can deny whoever we want for whatever reason we want!" I was so appalled at the way she was talking to and treating me. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, I decided to apply again two months later, now full time at my non self employed job, once again called in and got the "manager." She wasn't having it, she pulled me through every ringer. Telling me she would find out how I had false documents.
