Not only did Megan apply all the energy tax credits that we were hoping for, but she also found an additional one which netted us an extra $1,200. There were a lot of changes to how and when the Energy Efficient and Home Improvement tax credits are applied, and Megan educated herself and upgraded her programs to find every bit of eligible credit she could for us. A lot of her clients this year will benefit from those extra steps. If you need an expert who charges reasonable prices to prepare your taxes, you should contact Megan Reese - you will not be disappointed.

Overall, I really came here so they can put their name on the return and so I can get the "peace of mind" guarantee they offer ($40 extra) in case of an audit. I explained to Michael I was a new client but hadn't heard from them after the shutdown. He hasn't replied. I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication. I understand things got wonky after the shutdown but they could've communicated much, much better than they did. I would not recommend this business as tax preparers. I did all the correspondences with them as their response was pretty much nonexistent.
