They made me log into my checking acocunt and had to call a co worker of mine to verify I work where I said do. I was wearing a company shirt and have business cards..really? You need to call when i show up in company clothes . I will not return here. They even had me write my bank account info on loan app. Why is this even asked when they get a post dated check? Seems kind of sketchy to me. It took 20 min for the whole process for 30.00 dollars which is ridiculous. Money tree just needs pay stubs and thats it. I will just keep going to money tree from now on. They are much friendlier as well.

My husband gave her all his info.. & was APPROVED & the ONLY thing she had to do was verify employment. this was on a Friday & they're closed on weekends so we called my husbands job & gave them a heads up about her phone call. Not long after we receive a phone call from her.. only to catch another one of her attitudes. She said she called a number (that we never provided) & it DOESNT WORK..then the next thing she says out of her mouth is that this whole thing is "annoying" & she can't help us. Smh. She didn't even TRY because I called & HR answered right away. We asked to speak to the manager & it turns out ...SHES THE MANAGER. What a shame. Ha! Truth is, she just didn't want to do her job.. the ONE THING she had left to do after wasting our time.. she didn't even do it. & if she was having trouble.. the. Why not call us back to help her?? If she can't handle the work she's getting paid to do... then helping people isn't for her & she needs a new job. Other then that.. we went through DOLLAR LOAN right after.. & got it within 30min.
