They said it was company policy to reject the use of DailyPay, even tho their sole focus should have just been on my pay stubs and gross/net income. I'm writing this to give fair warning to anyone using their companies third party payroll. distributor that pays them their cheques to avoid use of Nevada Title and Payday Loans as they will just refuse you service and not give you the loan. We applied for an RV loan on a Friday and received absolutely no follow-up. No acknowledgment, no update -- just silence. My husband had to call multiple times just to finally reach someone days later. When we were told what documents were needed, we sent everything within the hour, doing everything we could on our end to keep the process moving. And then... nothing again. No communication, no follow-up, no courtesy of letting us know there was even an issue. We only found out there was a "problem" with how the documents were submitted after repeatedly reaching out ourselves -- something that could have easily been communicated right away. To make matters worse, they had no problem running our credit, but couldn't provide even basic communication in return. We even sent a detailed email expressing our concerns and asking for an update -- and that was completely ignored as well. At that point, we decided to move forward with another lender who was responsive and professional, and the process was completed without issue. Because of this experience, we are now in the process of moving our existing auto loan elsewhere as well. That's how strongly this lack of communication impacted our trust. As a parent juggling a million responsibilities, I don't have time to chase down a financial institution just to get basic answers. I would not recommend if you value your time, communication, or peace of mind.

They made me log into my checking acocunt and had to call a co worker of mine to verify I work where I said do. I was wearing a company shirt and have business cards..really? You need to call when i show up in company clothes . I will not return here. They even had me write my bank account info on loan app. Why is this even asked when they get a post dated check? Seems kind of sketchy to me. It took 20 min for the whole process for 30.00 dollars which is ridiculous. Money tree just needs pay stubs and thats it. I will just keep going to money tree from now on. They are much friendlier as well.
