Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.

It never describes errors, it will lock your account without notifying you, and resetting your password or performing a recovery is a slow process, since I guess the emails have to be routed through a server on the moon or something. Customer service isn't that helpful, just letting me know that they have lots of alternatives like mailing a check, setting up autopay with my bank, or using the phone. I don't know why fixing their website isn't one of the options. I'm literally trying to give them money, and everything about their website seems to discourage it.
