A follow up to last evenings debacle at the Money Tree on Praeter Ave and Sal, the paranoid employee.
Now the whole story comes to light and my attorneys are getting involved. This is how you get your identity stolen because a paranoid employee makes up a preposterous story and decides to freely copy and give all my confidential information to a third party, breaking every rule a Western Union agent and a Money Tree employee can break.
After I left the establishment without receiving my money back after the store and Western Union refused to complete this transaction without a 30 minute financial interview, see yesterdays post, Sal the paranoid Western Union agent decided to call the police and told them he was scared that a customer was upset and might come back to the store after hours. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. So Sal made a copy of my confidential Western Union file and offered it to the Sparks police officer so they could go find me. He volunteered my passport number, birthdate, address, phone number, vehicle description and complete details of the transaction I performed with Western Union to the police. This voluntary dissemination of confidential Western Union personal file data is grounds for the major legal action I am pursuing against the employee, Sal, The individual Money Tree store owner, the Money Tree corporation and Western Union.
The officer then called my personal phone and told me that the store was closed and to come back in the morning. YES I HAVE A COPY OF THE CALL because i did not pick up the phone and the officer left me a voice mail. Then a plain clothes detective in a white pickup truck went to the address given confidentially to Sal, Western Union and the Money Tree and tried to find me and arrest me. Luckily the officer went to the wrong address and questioned my neighbors who informed me of their interrogation by the Sparks police plain clothes detective.
All parties involved in this breach of trust and dissemination of my confidential personal information are being sued in Nevada State court. This is how easy it is for a paranoid employee with access to confidential personal data to give out that data to anyone for any reason. This breaks every law dealing with confidential information and the parties involved will ultimately pay dearly for this breach of trust. It is highly illegal to tell anyone about the transaction I performed or to give out my personal data for any reason at all. Sal, Money Tree and Western Union will see me in court very soon as this is presented to a judge for his consideration of penalties and punitive action for such a blatant breach of trust and dissemination of personal, confidential data. read more
