I thought maybe she was having a bad day, I decided to apply again two months later, now full time at my non self employed job, once again called in and got the "manager." She wasn't having it, she pulled me through every ringer. Telling me she would find out how I had false documents. Pretty sure she was out to get me, all because I questioned her about being approved and then denied for self employment. Maybe she could take this "pandemic break" to reevaluate her current career choices, because customer service is not her calling!

Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.
