Kathy Flemm and staff are possibly the best bankers I have encountered.

Wells Fargo Bank

I came into the Wells Fargo on Disc Drive in Sparks. The bank was beautiful. It just got remodeled…read more4 months ago and it was so nice, clean and upscale. I met with Associate Roving Personal Banker, Kristina Najar. She was kind, professional and she had a great personality. I ordered a new bank card and she answered all of my personal Loan questions. I felt that my banking experience was a Five Star Customer Service Experience. Also the new white chairs were so soft...like butter and the lobby was beautiful and upscale. I did ask the bank manager if I could photograph the lobby, but he said no. I do understand as a safety precaution. Anyway, the bank was quiet and I was able to speak to Kristina in between her appointments. So lucky for me. What a fabulous Banker and Banking experience today. As a roving personal banker, Kristina gets to go and work at many of the Wells Fargo branches. I was so lucky she was at Disc Drive today. Thank you so much. The bank is beautiful and the banking experience was extraordinary. I Hope to see you in Northtowne Lane, Disc, or Lemmon valley. Thanks Again Kristina, A Proud Wells Fargo Bank Customer. Julie A

Well the people at this branch are very nice and helpful I can't see much for Zion or their Utah…read moreaffiliates. Every time I try to make a payment on my second mortgage it's like pulling teeth. Gotten harder and harder to make a payment. I can't make a payment online they want you to mail them a check to Utah. And when you do you can't pay any extra principal any extra payment you make just goes to the next payment. This is an old bank scam they used to do way back in the day in order to bleed people drive every penny for interest. Here's how it basically works You borrow let's say $1,000 against your account. They send you a minimum payment of what say $110 the following month. They make you cut a check and let's say you cut one for $150. They just take the extra $40 and apply it to the next month's payment so it looks like instead of owing $110 next month you actually owe $70. And then if you write a check for $70 let's say thinking that it's the new payment when in reality you're just giving them money for free no interest for the next month. Also who in the hell in this day and age requires people to mail a check? Sure you can go into a branch and pay them but there's almost always a big delay because it has to go through NSB all the way to Zion national Bank. The next not illegal but kind of scammy thing they do is they hold a check. Last month I mailed the check out about 11 days beforehand. It doesn't take 11 days to get from my house to Utah. Lo and behold it was cashed on the day was due. This has happened a few months in a row. So I know it's not just the mail Zion will hold the check until the due date in order to suck up every penny. I for one I'm just going to be making my payments I no longer borrow against than NSB money. My hope is in a few years to build a pay it off and forget about them. Unless they change their ways and allow us to make payments online again and stop sucking for every penny. Or hard-working people and even if I can only pay an extra $10 on my payment it makes me feel good to know that I'm digging myself out but NSB and Zion would rather have you stay stuck in the mud

No one welcomed me when I walked in so I just took my place in line at this Nevada State Bank branch. Teller wasn't wearing a name tag, and didn't greet me, smile nor identify himself. He was immediately just morose, terse, rude and inexplicably openly angry. "Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret." ― Ambrose Bierce I wasn't getting my questions answered, so I reasonably asked for manager. An equally morose Tracy came over. She wasn't any better at customer service. She also didn't greet me or smile. She immediately defensively demanded to know what my problem was with Shane? Shawn? I'm old school. I reasonably expected from Nevada Stare Bank employees to wear a name a tag and a "Hello. My name is ___. How may I hep you?" For good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. Although this Yelp account is claimed by the business, doesn't answer questions here. Not open Saturdays. No CDC followed. On this day in history 28 December 1941 - Chief of Bureau of Yards and Docks requests that construction battalions be recruited. The need for a militarized Naval Construction Force to build advance bases in the war zone was self-evident. Therefore, Rear Admiral Ben Moreell determined to activate, organize, and man Navy construction units. On 28 December 1941, he requested specific authority to carry out this decision, and on 5 January 1942, he gained authority from the Bureau of Navigation to recruit men from the construction trades for assignment to a Naval Construction Regiment composed of three Naval Construction Battalions. This is the actual beginning of the renowned Seabees, who obtained their designation from the initial letters of Construction Battalion. Admiral Moreell personally furnished them with their official motto: Construimus, Batuimus -- "We Build, We Fight."
