Worst experience I have ever had with a return the guy James and the manager Jeremy shouldn't do customer service I brought my battery in that still has 8 months left in warranty to swap out because it wasn't holding a charge anymore James stated they don't carry these anymore in stock and they wouldn't Be able get them And was super irritated about the lithium battery stating no of the places in the northwest like to deal with them cause they have had so many come back! When I called the next morning the manager Jeremy was super rude over the phone and told me the same thing my battery didn't hold a charge and they couldn't do nothing for my because they don't carry the battery anymore witch is a lie because the one on 82nd Street in Portland was able to order me one with no issue. Second he walks away with my pad, goes in back snd comes out with pad and new battery. Tells me it will be shipped somewhere else. ???? Third he says- your pad is bent ???? We can still do it but no warranty. I left. The pad sits completely flat on both sides. How do you bend a pad when It went from box to cover immediately. Frank, my pad is not bent. Came here after taking my friend's iPhone 6 to Apple for a screen repair. They refused to service the phone because I had replaced the battery with a non-Apple product. They said "take it to Batteries Plus or somewhere like that." The service we received at Batteries Plus Bulbs was so professional,and they were so helpful! We were told it would be about two hours for the repair, and if they couldn't do the repair, there would be no charge. Feeling hopeful, we left and had a wonderful, leisurely lunch nearby. I walked in this store on Tuesday to drop off a couple of devices to have batteries installed. One couple at the counter working with a person at the cash register, and one person looking at shelves. I get in line and after 5 minutes, out come 3 people from the back of the store. The first one walks up to a couple that just walked in the store, and the other 2 go to the shelve loiterer, who must have talked to him earlier. One day at work i dropped my iPad and broke the glass. I chose this place because they were right down the road to where I was working that day and I was planning on dropping the iPad off and coming back at the end of the day. When I came back to pick it up, I had to talk to the manager because it was not up to may standards. The manager, Blake, agreed and had the glass replaced again. When I came back to pick it up again it looked fine but as over the next few days, there were problems and I had to take it back. At that point I felt Blake went above and beyond to make things right. He started making phone calls and shooting off emails to his bosses to make sure I was a taken care of. Blake made me a very happy customer, he was in constant communication with me. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of of brushed off as being an overly picky customer. The situation was taken care of in a very timely and professional manner. They way I see it, it's not the mistakes that define a person or company, it's how they handle the mistakes. I bought four rechargeable batteries for my apple mouse. They say they are fully charged on the package. My mouse would not turn on. I tried two other brands of batteries in the office and they worked. So I put them on the charger overnight. They still would not turn the mouse on. I bought these in mid December before leaving for vacation. I went in to get a different brand of battery on Jan 9th and brought my mouse with me. I showed the salesman how they would not turn the mouse on. He tested the batteries and said they were fine. I put another set of batteries in the mouse I brought with me (different brand) and they turned the mouse on. Showed the salesman the mouse was now turned on. While I was looking for my receipt the salesman asked when I bought them and I said mid December. He said he was sorry that they have a 14 day return policy. I couldn't believe it, 14 days, they never worked. I left the store and the worthless batteries with the salesman. I told him I would never buy anything from batteries plus again. He started to say something, I was so mad at that point after being told there was nothing wrong with them, yet they would not turn on a wireless mouse I left with a few choice words. read more

Do not bring your ipad here for battery replacement. After waiting for 2 weeks for them to get a replacement battery the battery was slightly bigger so the screen didnt fit quite as well. One edge was slightly raised but it worked fine and the battery lasted so i was fine with it until the screen came unglued even more and then the home button doesnt work because the screen isnt glued down anymore. I have their 6 month warranty so i took it in. Was told they have a new battery that fits better but of course it has to be ordered and of course it is back ordered from their distributor so I now have an I Pad that i cant use. I was told maybe in 3 weeks they might have one. Not really counting on it. I now can't take it to Apple since someone else has done repairs on it. Lesson learned-take it to Apple right away even if it costs more or is a hassle to mail or take to an Apple store. read more

Very dishonest store. Tried to sell me a light bulb made by a company that's out of business. Touted the "lifetime warranty" that's worthless the minute you hand over your money. They mentioned the company, Switch Lighting, was moving back to the US. A Google search confirmed Switch might be trying to do that but another person confirmed Switch owed him $50k. Why would this store try to sell a product with a lifetime warranty knowing the manufacturer was out of business? Had they said they were on clearance or only had a 3 year warranty through them I would have bought them knowing the risk. I will never be shopping there again. read more
