Shawn is good, very responsive but dry in personality. I didn't get the tints I wanted and asked Chris how I could get the tints I wanted and he was like $60 for removal and 160 to re tint. I said I already spent nearly $600 on the tints and he didn't care, he ignored me when I asked for a lower price. Very poor customer service. I was in the middle of my original tint and I told my person about my tints, randomly a guy comes out of the garage and says there are tints here and Shawn says oh, that's another $60 dollars to remove. Like I told you about my previous tints and you gave me a quote. Then add money to it? This company is money hungry and I'd recommend another place cause they don't care about you but just money. Job was done well but personnel in the business needs maybe a class or two on how to communicate with the public. If you hate your life working here then find a new place to work.

He replaced the screen and then cracked it while placing it. When I said I'm not paying you 100$ for a broken phone he got angry and demanded his 100$. That was pretty scary and being home alone with this angry stranger left me no choice but to pay him. Now my phone cuts off at 65-75 percent battery life I just cant believe it... I'm so mad. Maybe the other technicians are good but stay away from Philip. iCracked was no help either.. I received no refund for my broken screen/phone. Batteries Plus Bulbs will match the cost AND use better quality parts. They showed me there that Philip used cheap parts and skipped steps replacing my screen. SLOPPY SLOPPY SLOPPY. BAD BUSINESS.
