Bobby went the extra mile and removed some rust that was beneath the old glass. Some shops would caulk right over that and call it a day. Completed the job however I noticed once I left, the right passenger side was scratched (purchased high performance scratch resistant so was scratched during installation). I returned immediately, informed the installer and he had to replace it. So...finally complete again (been there for 3 hours, no one there but me). The guy pulls my car up, gets out, walks back into the building, didn't say anything. I go back in and ask "are you not going to look at this?" He says, "I already did when I had it in the back." I called the manager, informed him about customer service/professionalism. His comment, "everyone has their own definition of professionalism and it doesn't seem like there was an issue with the tint." Well, I didn't install scratched tint to begin with, if he'd looked at it, he would see that the job still isn't correct (same window now without a scratch but even worse, has waves in the tint) and will be returned. Long story short, for anyone looking for a professional, don't go here. Owner will try to make it seem like it is your fault that your services were not correct and if it takes more than 1.5 hrs, "some cars take longer, depending on what it is-per owner". Customer service out the door from management down. The only person who had any kind of courtesy was the lady doing "eye lash" services.

They replaced it on 09/08/2026 and walked away with a windshield installed that had a big dig in it and lots of imperfections. They said they callibrated it, but after getting estimates from other shops I have to take the vehicle in to put it on a machine to calibrate it which they did not do, it was done as mobile. They also broke the assembly cover that goes over the windshield sensors and I had to buy another one from Kia. So now I am out 839.11 for the windshield and an additional 50.21 for the sensor cover. The bracket is broken if you look at the photo and zoom in on each corner no matter what the business says. DO NOT HIRE these people. Installer was Jay I think. Safe Auto Glass that was the third party was very rude and not very supportive or understanding to the problems.
