Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

Relax! It's just broken!…read more Given that we're all addicted to our phones, it can feel nerve wracking when they're broken. Despite having a great protective case, somehow I dropped my phone the exact right way (or should we say wrong way!) that I ended up cracking the screen. The technician at Fix Plus was able to repair my phone in a jiffy. It looks good as new! While you wait, there's plenty to look at in the store: every kind of phone accessory that you can think of, decorative phone cases, earbuds, headphones shaped like cat ears, Lefufus (yes, those are knock-off Lebubu's) etc., etc., etc. I wish there'd been a place to sit while I waited, but the repair did not take long, so it was fine.

He flat-out denied it was his fault and wouldn't take any responsibility. Then he tried to sell the overpriced fix for an overpriced full camera module replacement. I only chose this place because I had an excellent experience here last year--but, as it turns out, that shop closed months ago. Fixplus is a totally different business that moved in afterward. Wish I'd known before trusting them with my phone. Huge regret.

He was fast and very efficient in repairing my phone, and even explained some issues with the phone that he felt the last shop I took it to had likely damaged two components when they replaced the cover. He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. I was very grateful for the information, as I had not felt comfortable with the shop I'd taken it to previously. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. Definitely do not recommend…read more They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.
