I have had the battery changed with NO PROBLEM at the Plano Batteries Plus store and also at the Batteries Plus store near Firewheel mall. Then I went to the Wylie Batteries Plus store and suddenly there's a problem. the Wylie store called the Plano store to confirm and verify my Lifetime Warranty. My Lifetume Warrenty was confirmed and verified but they refused to change the battery. Personally I think it's because they are Muslim I do not dress like a Muslim woman.. I call that..discrimination. There was absolutely no reason why they would refuse to honor my Lifetime Warranty. What's the lesson? DO NOT GO to the Wylie Batteries Plus store. Go Somewhere Else. UPDATE: When I drove away from the Wylie Batteries Plus Location.. I drove directly to the PLANO Batteries Plus Location and guess what ?? I got my New Battery for my key fob NO PROBLEM. They were Professional and honored my Lifetime Warranty like they were suppose to.. Unless the Wylie Location. Just go to the Plano Location or even the Firewheel Location.
