I told her the watch I wanted and she said,"Sure, Let's get you going. Let me measure you." She seemed confused on how to measure my wrist, I told her my size, she proceeded to fumble around measuring me to find out I was correct. Then she couldn't find the watch band I wanted so I said, "Forget it, just give me whatever comes with it." She asks me for my email and sends me a transcript of our convo and says to order it at home. I said, "Oh, I can't buy a watch today?" She was like, "Oh, you can, I can bring it out to you." I said also I'm trading in my current watch." So then she proceeded to do all the things to prepare my transaction. Finally she shows me my amount to pay. It was several hundred dollars cheaper so I was like. "Is that Titanium?" She was like, "Oops, no. Let me fix it." Then she says, "We don't have it in stock." ‍ So after all that, I have to order it online.

They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!

Mike Ulloa, the owner, arrived promptly as scheduled at my house to pick up my broken PS3. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it (power supply, yellow light of death, or motherboard!), but Mike assured me that they could fix it, regardless of the issue. He wasn't boasting. Not only did my PS3 come back as good as new, Mike was more than willing to answer my frequent questions and fill me in on how the repair on my PS3 was coming. Having dealt with Sony's PS3 repair service, this was a blessing for me. Mike explained that my system's power supply was okay, and that they needed to re-ball (resolder) the processing chips. However, he called a day later to let me know that the problem was more serious. Still, Mike held to his original estimate for repairing my system, replacing the motherboard and re-balling the processor chips all for $175 (make sure you get the coupon from their website). Even though Getteck does hundreds of repairs, I felt like Mike took a personal interest in my work order. You'll never get that level of customer service from Sony. Also, just like Sony, Mike said that Getteck guarantees the repairs it makes. And Mike is local! If you need PS3, game system, or PC repairs, you can't go wrong with this company.
