I rushed back to Verizon and downloaded old phone to new. So much easier set up. I decided to keep old s9 as an audio book player & catalog for my photos but for weeks had to keep saran wrap on the screen because the cracks were so sharp and cut my fingertips. Last weekend I found Gizmo Depot! I am so pleased with the quick replacement of the screen at a reasonable price. I did not get the name (unfortunately) of the great rep I worked with. She was friendly, offered what options I had and I am very happy with the job that was done. She also spoke about various phonecases I might consider to protect it since my house is all tile over concrete floor. It just took a few minutes to choose & install the perfect one. In retrospect, each time we went to Tech Bros, we experienced more damage. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive. When we insisted that they fix the damage, they threatened to post our texts online like transparency would somehow make us look like the bad guys. Classic deflection tactic - trying to intimidate and discredit us because they know they've mishandled this, and we're holding them accountable.
