Made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! Tech came a bit late, but Michael (business owner) was very communicative so it was no problem at all and expected. The tech was very friendly, and finished the job in no time, and also confirmed the problem that I thought based on the symptoms and what was still working on the phone. Like he promised, 20 minutes, and the phone was back in my hands like new! Very friendly and helpful, and accepts all types of payment (give them cash you guys, they were happy with Zelle/Cash App). One note, give the tech a nicer vehicle when you guys can allow for it! His small car was a bit beaten up and it was a regular sedan - I was expecting a mobile van so that they had a proper work station. My phone finally decided it wouldn't charge at all last night. I'd been dealing with it being a…read morepain to charge for over a year. I had to put it in all special positions just to have it catch a charge. Today I was out of sorts since it was completely dead. I knew it was not the battery. It was the charging port. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Overall, very disappointing experience and quality of parts.
