The tech was very friendly, and finished the job in no time, and also confirmed the problem that I thought based on the symptoms and what was still working on the phone. Like he promised, 20 minutes, and the phone was back in my hands like new! Very friendly and helpful, and accepts all types of payment (give them cash you guys, they were happy with Zelle/Cash App). One note, give the tech a nicer vehicle when you guys can allow for it! His small car was a bit beaten up and it was a regular sedan - I was expecting a mobile van so that they had a proper work station. After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens."
