The prices for a cheaper phone was in the $300's. I saw this ad doing a search in Google and text Guru Tech. They answered fast and provide the address and hours. We visit the place a Friday and a very kind tech told us that he can replace the screen for a really affordable price. We left the phone and they promise to call us next week. Two days later, I got a text to pick up the phone. It was fixed! The workmanship was impecable and the phone felt like new! For now on, this is my store. Great service, great customer attention and excellent prices!

Updating this, since reviews are a bit old! These people have had experience with TV repairs for…read moreover 10 years. They repaired our 1 grand TV for less than other shops were trying to charge, one even told us we would've better need to get a new TV, others told me more than $450 without listening to what I was saying what the TV had, and one even told me "Whatever they tell you in somewhere else, they're lying to you and you'll waste your money". DO NOT FALL FOR ANYONE THAT SAYS THOSE THINGS. When I called TQ they straight up asked me for some information from the TV, I let them know I had an approximate diagnostic of what was going on and because I did have a tight budget I wanted to see if I could get an estimate. I do not remember his name, but the person responded right away with the price for our TV fix and said he could fix it. Our TV was not cracked (they do not fix cracked TVs) and all it was happening is that it would turn on, show the logo, then shut back off. We took the TV to him, he helped my boyfriend haul it off the car and take it to the shop, then gave it a quick diagnose and said "Okay it will be ready in a week". We paid the diagnostic in advance and he said the diagnostic was part of the total cost! WOW that is great! We were expecting our price to influx a little but no, the next day he called us and let us know what the problem was and I was surprised to hear that he had already fixed the TV!! I was so astonished and excited, mind you this is a big 65" TV! So we were totally expecting that full week. Long story short, I picked up that very same day and since that day I didn't go with my boyfriend, him and his dad were so kind to help me take the TV all the way to my car. I was so amazed and thankful for their job, I've been recommending them everywhere and hope people will go here for their issues. They were great, informative, and not trying to steal your money like other companies. They were honest and in no moment they said something to compete with other TV repair shops, this is what made them stand out! If your TV has some hardware or internal issues, this is the way to go! Go get it diagnosed before buying a new one!

They were at my…read morehome for more than 4 hours and gave up trying to reconnect a previously connected ceiling fan. Ken left and said he would return because he could not figure out the problem. He never returned and when I called him to repair my wall and fan it went straight to voice mail. This is a new construction home which I had only moved in 2 weeks prior. The picture I will post are what my walls look like after he left. I had to call in an electrician and pay to repair what he created. The electrician repaired in 15 minutes what he could not do in 4 hours. So I ended up paying to repair his terrible job. Also I think they are avoiding taxes because they ask you not to make check out to the company name. Bad news. You Have been warned.
